Use this app in conjunction with Simmons Bank Anywhere app to get the most out of your card. For the Simmons Bank Card Alerts app, you will create a new username and password.

So. I had the app working for a bit and suddenly now I can't get it to actually turn on. But I can't mess with the settings of the card, so I am effectively locked from using my card online. This shouldn't happen with something like this.
I couldn't get it to work from the beginning. After install it doesn't work and I can't open it so I went to forgot user name and tried forgot password I put in my email and get the message, if you have an email on the account I'll get a message sent to me, (no message).. put in my phone number, same message and same no message back. So I can only conclude that it maybe a sham to gather information. And since I can't find a phone number nor address to write I'm quite bemused.
This app does not let me handle billing within the app. I appreciate knowing my transactions. However, handling billing and paying it off within the app is a big deal to me.
3/4/2020 - looks like the issue of not working in Android 10 has been fixed. As of today I was able to login and confirm settings. We'll see now when the CC is used.
Not a good app. Keeps locking my debit card. Very unhappy with this app. I would strongly suggest that one doesn't use. Simmons bank staff are outstanding in my area. But the app stinks.
Never could get the app to make it to home screen. Various error messages, but no error codes to pursue a solution.
App hasn't been working. Had to get a new debit card because of it! UPDATE! SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED GET IT TOGETHER
Cant download. Keeps saying "sorry, unable to open". Uninstalling
What's the use of this App if you can't see and manage individual debt transactions or see history?
I like the concept of this app but the sending double notifications for your transactions every time is a major pain
Will freeze the card .No body can fix. Stay away

Landmark Bank Customer. I would give it 0 stars if I could since it doesn't work. Every time I try to open it up, the app pops up a grey background with the name Simmons bank on it, and then disappears, then Android tells me "Card Alerts Keeps stopping" and asks me what do I wanna do. So what good is this app if it won't even open/fully load? Useless, that's what, absolutely useless!
