Why did I always got blocked by the app? I put the right pin and password tho. My internet connection is good as well. The app not working. Kinda useless. Resolve the problem pls, it really bothers me.

Its a trash application, always down everyday, cant send money and top up e-wallet or anything, its always say "couldnt pay the bill" every time i try. Seriously, better delete this application, very useless.

I tried to open a time deposit acc via the app. It worked just fine at first. So i opened a new time deposit again, but the interest was not added after the end of period, just the automatic roll over that worked.. Now just decided to close all my time deposit. Kinda useless to put my money in there

Very helpful application, many features included. Unfortunately, during heavy traffic (paydays). it will be impossible to log in, and after 3 (actually correct) attempts, EASY PIN will be block. This should've been anticipated, dev team

Best mobile banking application, which helps you with everything you need. You can do almost everything in this application. You can top-up, payment, transfer, and etc. Also you will get free transfer to other bank. But there is small error in some feature.

Bad app. First, there was a suggestion for updating before. After It is done, I can't check my balance. Even I can not do any process the ATM. Then I uninstalled and installed the application. I choose forgot password. When I submit the correct data, it cannot be processed. Why???

This app is super helpful! Fast and reliable. Online deposito, can (with high interest rate)! Top up ovo and gopay, can! Even you can combine several saving account, from different money currency. I think this app is nice compared to other bank app. Keep thd good work!

even easier than before. Easier to do topup, transfer and pay bill. Should be have a more not complicated scenario for customer when changing phone. It's quite wasting time to have us report to CS for changing phones. thanks sinarmas

I am not comfortable with this new one. Prefer the previous one. The previous one we must log in first thus can do transaction and must put in PIN and then transaction can be done. There is two secure there. But now you only need one time input PIN when you want transaction. And also the account not really log out. Please review our concern and update it. Thanks.

After update difficult to check balance. I refresh 4 time, and close app and relog still same difficult to see the balance. Please fix it. And i dont know if ppl face difficult like me. Please fix it. And 1 more, idk if in this app can pay or transfer with virtual account. Because i cant pay online shopping with virtual acc in simobiplus. Thanks

Recently switch phone, still use same phone number, but simobi can not be open as it said multiple device detected. No option to switch device in the app. Do not have problem in switching device with other mobil banking app from other banks. So troublesome with simobi.

Great new interface but really bad at security reasons. Can't auto log off when closing the apps. Thats the basic for every banking apps....we need to log off manually every single time. Need to fix it ASAP

It works fine and very happy to use it, but lately I found it very hard to just getting in into the login page, it keeps loading and told me that server unavailable whereas my connection is perfectly fine. Please fix this Simobi Team

(Update 24/01/22: wow, srsly, the devs even dont want to resolve this bugs and the they suggest to call center (which i did, obviously, and the answer isnt satisfying). And They respond my review in bot format. Dear sinarmas bank customer, good luck with the buggy app.

I did paid transfer (not free), the amount was deducted from my account eventho the notification clearly says "transaction failed". I waited for 2 days the money still not coming back to my account. Fyi, the recipient didn't even receive the money. This apps is a joke

I have experienced a very inconvenienced using this app after changed phone or update we must call the call center first to restart the apps, and i can't withdrawl my time deposit when i needed, even after i click "close at the next roll over" its keep roll overing itself

Sorry i update my review. I think u should pay more attention with the security. I can go to check my balance or buy electricity directly without login? Although i should input the conformation password, but please i more convinience with the double authentication, first for login, and then payment confirmation. Please fix, this is banking security standard.
