Only downloaded this idiotic, worthless app because you left me no other choice by removing all of the maps from your Mall. Bold choice to add more reason for people not to waste their time going to the mall, by the way.
Great content and deals with even more if you sign up. The performance was really good after registration.

Super slow, hangs when you try to view Deals.
Flashy and useless. Doesn't remember which mall you were in if the app closes. Map takes forever to load and shows a neat-looking but unreadable angled view. Found a store? Too bad there's no link to where it is on the map, so good luck finding it. Engineers, you did the best you could. Product managers, get a friggin clue.
Planning my shopping trips is a breeze. I can check out all of the deals, maps & events happening at the mall. It is very convenient.
The app experience is so terrible. It kept crashing without any errors and was not usable at all.
Best outlet mall to shop for good deals. I got great deals shopping for designer brands. highly recommend it. I've been to it twice this weekend 😃

Keeps crashing due to a bug
I downloaded this to have easy access to a mall map. The app only offers a "3D map" which is incredibly difficult to use, takes much longer to load than a simple image, and closes out if you so much as flip over to another app. This app is as good as useless for me.
great app way to save shop here get your money's worth with quality
Useless. If you have VIP and expect to be able to access your discounts - forget it. Even through you keep getting referred to the app - it does nothing but open a link on your web browser. If you directly to their site on your browser not only would it be faster, but you get all of the features of the website which DO NOT EXIST IN THE APP. Why create an app, where all it does is redirect you to the website ?

App error constantly says network error with or without WiFi connection. Have tried uninstalling app and trying again, same error. Works well in Chrome but not in the app itself.
Kept crashing it let me sign up and everything but after that I couldn't even get on the app it would open then close. Would NOT recommend this I'd rather use the website

The last update completely broke app. It stops every time you try to open it now. It never was the most stable app to begin with, but now it's completely useless.

app works then stops , then works then .....yep stops ....repeat , yes it's not perfect , but handy for VIP shopping for tourists to get extra discounts ....that is when it works !!
App takes too many clicks to navigate around. Along with the app comes many daily email promotions. No way to reduce them or shut them off.

This app is better than the website (which doesn't work on my mobile device), but it lacks the key features I was hoping for. It does not sort stores by type well. Searching for bookstores gave me some weird results like Apple and Claire's. Also, it does not let me bookmark/favorite stores to visit later. This should be a simple feature that would make planning a shopping trip 10x easier. Lastly, it repetitively tries to collect my personal info.
