Simple 5/3/1

Simple 5/3/1 eliminates the hassle of crunching the numbers for your cycles by providing an intuitive tool to do that work for you. Simple 5/3/1 can generate your cycles in lbs or kg, with warm-up sets and popular assistance templates like "Boring But Big" and "First Set Last". It also handles plate loading instructions, joker set creation and personal record tracking. Social media integration allows you to share your personal records with your friends on your platform of choice. Best of all, Simple 5/3/1 and all of its features are free!I've made huge changes to Simple 5/3/1 here's what's new:-four new Boring But Big assistance templates (Flat Fifty, Ascending Percentage, Descending Percentage, Pyramid)-now uses the warm-up reps/percentages recommended-cycles are now generated dynamically, which means the application is easier to use than ever-we're now able to record your maxes, personal records and completed sets, which will allow future updates to bring progress tracking and graphing support-the underlying model and data structures have been completely overhauled in order to provide a more flexible and extensible framework, enabling me to provide rapid, regular updates to the application! As always, my goal is to provide a free, first rate 5/3/1 experience! *creative commons promo photo provided by Dylan White*

Nice and simple, used it for almost 2 years now. Suggestions: * Enabling entering training maxes directly (i. e. not only possible by entering x reps at y weight and having it be calculated from that) * Enabling setting weight addition progression for e.g. squat and deadlift independently, like having +5kg for squat and +2.5kg for deadlift. * Make x-axis display time (month/date) for the graph view of training max progression. Thanks for a useful app!

Having tried most of the 531 apps i can safely say that this is the best! This will easily achieve 5 stars when we have the ability to specify the assistance work description and weight.

Easy to use and read. Plate loader helps between heavy sets when the brain stops working.

Great 531 app. Gets the job done. I wish it had a box that you could check off that lets you know or serves as a reminder that you completed that set. I often find myself having to go back and try to remember how many sets I've done or if I completed that entire day. Please allow for a visual clue that lets me Mark off what I've finished. Thank you.

Everything works fine, simple to the point designs. Except plate loader stopped working a few days ago, not a huge issue, still a minor annoyance.

Good app but might be useful to add an option to change BBB to the alternate version where you do 5x10 bench on press day and 5x10 press on bench day etc.

Great app! Is there a setting where it calculates your new training max in case you miss a rep/set?

Does not follow 5/3/1. So many things wrong. Please dont email me for the details buy the books and support Wendler. I dont know where you built the logic of this app from. But it does not follow 531 at all.

This app really takes the annoying number crunching out of my 5/3/1 experience and I love it. Can't wait for future updates, the planned features sound great.

Any chance of allowing us to the option to change the order of the weeks so as to do Wendler alternatives like 3/5/1? Also the option to skip a deload week. Switching weeks 1,2 and going 6weeks before deload is part of Wendler's 5/3/1 for powerlifting.

A must have for strength training enthusiast.

Easy to use and very handy. Type in your max's and then lift its that easy. Choose what assistance you'd like. Throw in a joker set or first set last whenever you want. Might run 531 again just for the hell of with with bbb assistance. Cheers

Very simple to use app. The only thing it doesn't have is the option to use the 6-week plan where the 7th week is deload. Also there should have been an option to enter maxes manually instead of entering sets and reps all the time. Overall great app.

This is very useful. It would be great if you can add an option to adjust the plate available. For example, my gym doesn't have 1.25 kg plate.

It's a great app crooked queue! I was sad that I lost my records though I luckily maintained it in an excel as backup. Just two things.. One is could u bring back the reverse timer where we can set the time? If it gave an alarm or notification that would be great and second I liked the ability to delete my months and exercise once I completed it. It was useful in remembering which cycle I was in. Other than that I love it! Thanks a lot
