It is a simply alarm, one gets to choose their own sound if they prefer and has various options for snoozing method (puzzle, 3 button, 1 button, etc). However if you miss snoozing the alarm once it never rings again and that's the exact OPPOSITE of what I want an alarm to do. I would also like for there to be an option where I could choose how many snoozes I want such as (3, 5, 10 or continuous).
The app functions, but only minimally. If you want an alarm set for multiple days (say Mo through Fr), when the alarm goes off, you have to switch the alarm off, meaning you need to remember to turn it back on, or it won't go off the following morning. The app constantly sends a notification informing the user what alarm is set, which over time ended up getting on my nerves a lot. I'm uninstalling this app because of those two reasons. It's too much hassle. 1*, +1* assuming I'm biased.
I like this. Tested it and found it better than the alarm clock that came with the Pixelbook. This does not stop nor interfere with music or any other app that is being used at time of alarm. Thank You! However, I want to manage how long the bell rings. This does not allow me to to that.
Great app overall. Justifies it's name appropriately. Although I can't ignore that there is no option to play the selected song for the alarm. Also there is no option to label alarms, which would be more useful than showing a partial alarm message while reviewing all alarms. It would help if one could check how much time is left for all of the alarms instead of just the upcoming one. UI issues : use only two colors. Apply corner radius to alarms. The illustrations (sun, moon) are unnecessary
Perfect alarm app. Intensity of tone getting louder and louder with time until stopped is nice. Instant alarm . The app also allows to easily create quick alarms with ease after short time intervals.It warns me when the phone battery level is low.Overall , I am having a very good experience with this app. Thank you
Hello. I really like the app and it's working well for me, but I am very annoyed at the fact that I paid for the app to remove the ADs and get the other features, but the ads have re-appeared. I have emailed support via the app three times with no response.....Please respond on how to fix this issue. Thank you.... I'm still getting the ads even though I'm updated the app multiple times. Please advise or I will request a refund since I am not getting what I paid for.
I was very happy with the app - was going to give it a 5. But it suddenly stopped sounding the alarm. This is the second time it has happened with this app. The first time I uninstalled it and went to a different app, not as easy to use. I came back to this app, I have looked in the faq, uninstalled and reinstalled the alarm, but cannot find a solution to the problem. I am not sleeping through the alarm, I have set alarms for when I am awake and need to do something. Never sounds.
Terrible, terrible, terrible app. Downloaded the app and set ONE alarm. Unable to dismiss the alarm. Paused the app, but the alarm can still be heard. AVOID THIS APP. The alarm goes off every 15 minutes even though it is muted, ugh.
Does what it says easily from the jump. Thank you. Had to find A new alarm after the most recent android update. This one is it even with the ads still works great. Plus the 3 alarm button is. Anice feature.
I have been using this app for a day and it already show up a problem. The problem is, my alarm got delayed. I don't know if this is how the alarm work or not, but I hope this problem can be fixed soon before tomorrow. This app whole purpose is only for alarm, If the problem isn't getting fixed, then I'm not removing this comment.
When my phone is locked, sometimes it does not pop up on the locked screen, so i am uninstalling the app ! Lacks 2 features, 1. It needs an auto dismiss. 2. It needs a default custom setting for every alarm so i don't have to keep changing the sound type ?
I've been waiting for this type of app. Simple, it's not so darn busy on the eyes when navigating. Smart 3 touch to turn alarm off, and a one touch snooze. I downloaded all my favorite ringtones to my phone and it's so simple to pick the one I want to hear for my different alarms throughout the day. Thank you for this app, we're loving it.
It has one job and didn't do it. Had set a morning alarm and it didn't go off. Well, it DID go off, but not til after I was late, got woke up by a telemarketer phone call at 9am, my son was late to school and wife was late to work. After rejecting the phone call, THEN the alarm went off... Over an hour late. No thanks, can't use an alarm app that isn't 100% reliable.
Great alarm, some great features!🙂 - However, just one feature is 'sorely missing' and needed. Auto dismiss after 3 rings. I sometimes get up before alarm goes off and can't hear it from living room to cancel the alarm, so by chance 5+ hours later when I'm near the bedroom where my phone is on charge, it has been going off all morning or all day every 10 minutes. *Really, some basic common sense is needed here to add an "auto cancel feature" after 3 or 4 times (max) that the alarm goes off??🤔
I paid for this app a long time ago, now I constantly have ads and pop ups saying remove ads so when I click on it, it says I already own this item, I contacted support and no one responds months later.. don't waste your time or money - 1 star is too high
First impressions last, and oversleeping because an alarm failed misserably to wake you is exactly the type of impression that gets apps UNINSTALED
Easy to set. Can show all alarm settings. l put it on every day and just turn on time l need.
Had an issue initially with my new phone where I had to unlock phone to get to the alarm. Now the Stop button comes up without the need to unlock first. 5 stars.
The ringing stopped for without the phone being touched. I prefer that stop button goes to the front page when ringing.

Simple and effective! It would be nice if you could set the alarm for a certain Period of shutting off! Example.. 10 seconds 20 seconds etc. Other wise i really like this App! It has been very reliable so far. Like the fact that your tech crew just updated it recently! 👍👍!
The alarm's clock does NOT update with daylight savings time. (The clock that shows local time is correct.) In the summer you'll be an hour late, unless you set the alarm an hour earlier than your target time.
I hate that if youre on a phone call the alarm will not go off. I missed a very important appointment because of that. The alarm went off AFTER i hung up which was 25 minutes after it was supposed to go off. It should at least beep or something.
This app worked great until the most recent system update. If you are looking for an app where the developers actually care and respond to issues, this is not the app for you. *Revision, developers did respond and gave some things to try.
My mobile is always locked, when the alarm goes on, I first have to unlock my phone to be able to switch off the alarm sound, and than I need to click 3 times: on STOP on THIS and on ALARM. Until I click all of these, I woke up all my neughbourhood....
Update: still terrible, snooze lasts as long as the app wants with no regard to the option chosen. Choose 5 min snooze, you only get 1 to 3 minutes of snooze until the alarm goes off again. And the most recent update did not fix what it was supposed to (lock screen over alarm). Pretty sad for being a paid app, maybe hire a better developer?
I love the "Simple Alarm" app and have used it for years. Here are a few things I love about it. *It's not congested with a lot of ads. *It's easy to set an alarm. *You can assign any ringtone. *It's Free & Fun to use!
Good alarm, better than the one supplied by phone, yes there are a few adds but it's a free app. Very impressed. May pay for the full app as its only a few quid and extra options that I will play about with.
I like the way I can set the alarm to use of my phone's custom ring tones. I have a number of songs selected for creating then. For instance, I've been using the first part of the song "Fruitcakes". (Jimmy Buffet)
Was cool for a few weeks but now there is like one chance out of five that the alarms is actually going to come off. Basically setting the alarm as I always does, phone on, alarm activated with the icon and everything, but the app will just decide to skip it even tho it's right there, written on it, that it SHOULD go off at the time I decided but it just won't. I guess I will just have to look somewhere else.
