You me and Hartford
Before you use this app, consider the fact that your estimates will be significantly lower than any body shop would give, that estimate will be used against you as far as repair time and rental goes, pictures are not on par with hands and eyes on. Do your self a favor and request an actual rep to do their job correctly and inspect your vehicle.
So I submitted my pics, talked to the adjuster, have a check on the way, and the app still says photos submitted, someone will contact you soon. In my opinion, this app is a total waste of play store space.
Not much iformation
It won't even let me finish a review. Kicked me out before i could hit "submit". The app locks up. Won't advance from taking pics. Customer support at Hartford suggested I close the app and maybe it would work properly. No such luck. Next day I received an email that my estimate was ready but it was wanting me to take additional pics for the estimate. There has to be a better way.
Not impressed. Been trying almost a week to get my car fixed. Hartford reps do not keep phone appointments. Downloaded their app, doesn't work. About to contact Judge Judy.
It's decent but not fast says three hours but reality next day also if your pics aren't good it will make a huge difference better for higher resolution cameras not smart phones . 👎
Sent me a message that the estimate was available but it wouldn't show what it was still waiting for a callback. Should have made them come out. U r doing the work for them.
This app asks you to agree to the Terms& Conditions but won't show them when you select that option0
I filed a claim against a Hartford client. A Hartford employee recommended this app for submitting evidence of damages to my vehicle. Based in communications with Hartford, I don't think it was used to evaluate my claim.
Useless just as the insurance company Hartford, poor service, would never advise any one to buy insurance with them.no courtesy what so ever.
Phone app to upload pictures from your cell phone. It asked for a pin number for which I didn't have nor no one gave me to use.
