For some unknown reason, this app records ALL wifi connections I have been attached to and stores them in a file called "Gianni_says_HI" I have reset my phone and reinstalled all my apps and deleted this file. as soon as I run this app, it creates a new file. WHY?
i guess ive been lucky. been using plugs & both indoor & outdoor cameras for over 6 months & everythings been wprking great. took 3 tries to get outdoor camera installed right but it has since worked well.
I scan the barcode on my camera, try connecting it to my WiFi, and it says it failed to connect, and yes I connected it to a power source.
I have tried for 2 days to use this app. I have not been able to get past putting in my wifi password before it crashes.
The app never worked. Email confirmation failed. Started receiving a bunch of new email. Device is useless.
DOES NOT WORK. Scanned the QR code for my SMART PLUG and application gives error "Device UID must be 20 characters long"??? This is the documented app that is supposed to work with the SMART PLUG??? Come on!!! Waste of time and money...
Doesn't work over WiFi (w/ LED lights); requires a data connection AND WiFi on phone needs to be turn off.
worst smart app experience. have to sign in every time. im glad i only have 1 product from the company. No IFTTT or Google home integration
Awful. Purchased plugs about a year or so ago and never opened one until today. Can't even connect to them. What a waste of money!!
It works good I just wish it would work with Amazon Alexa so I don't have to open the app every time I want to use it I could just tell alexa to turn on or off.
Complete garbage! Device won't connect to phone. Even had several people try it. Was looking to carry these products in our store, but not now.
terrible customer service absolutely none. told me basically I wasted my money buying their product and they won't support it now. so I'm out my money no help from them and it won't work cameras are junk
setting up the cameras takes an extra step not covered in the instructions. cameras lose connections after a day or two and complicated setup is required again.
It keeps connecting and disconnecting to the internet and when it is connected I can't bring up the app on my phone
terible app after update app keeps telling me im not connected to internet after i had the camera up and running wouldnt connect at all erased it to redu it and no luck
Does NOT work with Google Home. I now have a bunch of motion sensors that work great but do nothing.
Disappointed, does not send me verification email, which makes it unusable !
Camera stop connecting when away from home, only works if phone is connected to same wifi networks as camera.
I have to physically unplug the camera to restart it so that I can connect to it. How am I supposed to check in when I'm away?
Works good setup is documented but could be far more clearer

Unfortunately a very poor quality item. Luckily is was a gift. I was never able to even add the device, kept getting internet connectivity issues. I tried it at 2 different homes, 4 different internet connections(2g and 5g) and a 4g hotspot. I restarted it, uninstalled and reinstalled. Just didn't work.
