Simple Invoice Maker

Do not use this app. The pictures on invoices are blurry. They're not wanting to fix the issue. I have talked to customer service for this and they haven't fixed it. It's been almost a month. Also I'm being charged for this same app two times a month starting last month. Very disappointed!!!

Horrible. It is a great app when it works. Quite often it just deletes information. Contact them and they ask if you backed up. I did but some glitch deletes it. There only response is sorry but try this other app we are working on. Well now ANOTHER day lost work to find a new app because it takes them forever to get back to you with a solution, besides here's a free trial of another app

I've used this app for two years now and have been pleased. Went to create a invoice today to only find out that I've lost all my past invoices for two years and it is asking me to create a new account. Very unpleasant finding!

Just paid my annual subscription and sent my invoice to my client and they can't open the link! I've tried and all I get is a blank page!

Great app and great for invoice s Brilliant layout and easy to use and as I'm a valeter it's great that you can add the signature and photos to the invoice. Brilliant customer service and they fix the problem s as fast as they can. Was great not sure what happened It allowed me to add pictures to the invoices which my customers liked, and now it won't it says something about storage permission which it had then after the update it stopped working. I can't even add my business in logo. Waste of money unless fixed. Update: Problem has been fixed will give.. Thank you now can add photos and business logo

Was good until October 31 2021 when they changed the app to a paid only version pretty much dont waste your time and money. there are other apps that do exactly what these guys do for free instead of 9.99$ a month. Sad really, you guys had a good app. but not worth 120$ a year to draft invoices good.

App was great I have a subscription for the 7.99. Been using it today it keeps popping up something for 3 day trial but just continues and won't let me get to my invoices. Smdh. I'm just going to cancel subscription and find another app. I just hate im losing my previous orders. Smdh

App is easy to use an has everything I need for my business and I love that you can attach photos directly to the invoices. Only wish they had a option to pay for yearly instead of monthly. Keep up the good work.

I had an issue with access but the staff bent over backwards to resolve it for me. I will continue to use this app knowing how helpful the petiole behind it are

UPDATE! 4/2/21-ALL OF MY INFO HAS DISAPPEARED. 1/16/21-I've been using this app for a while now and it worked fine until yesterday. I'm able to create the invoice but when I go to send it just spins. I uninstalled and reinstalled hoping that would work, it didnt and it erased all of my invoices. You would think since I have lifetime membership, this would not happen. I'm also unable to log in on the sign in page. I clicked on email link to send email but received email advising email not valid

2nd year using the app easy to use. Has everything you need for invoicing. No complaints

We really like this app the little it costs is absolutely worth it..... very organized app I suggest anyone to use this we deal with over 200 clients weekly and this app does it all.....

STUCK ON DAYA SYNC. Left it over night and still nothing!!! Love this app but this is a serious issue

pay for this application for life according to your application in 2019 I just started using it this year and I have many problems and it is time that it does not solve anything or refund my money

Without warning this app just deleted all my invoices it started me all over and now wants to charge me money to use the app.

Buggy as heck, wish I cancelled before the subscription kicked in. Complete waste of money

My previous review was deleted, I don't know why. After update this app wants me to subscribe and will not allow me access to my current invoices.

App its not letting me sign in, it says something about back up cloud and supposed to send me code on my email but no code comes thru my email, so cant sign in. need help with this

I've been using the app for months now and I really like it. The past 2 months it's been crashing and not usable and I'm still being charged monthly. I've tried to email the support and it said that undeliverable mail. Please let me know what is going on with the application. Thank you in advance, I think I should at least get a refund for the last few months payments. Jerry

They only thing I don’t like is when you go to change the notes... it goes to all caps and takes twice as long to type something in because you have to hit the lowercase key for every letter. Otherwise this has been timesaver for me. I love it!!

I just downloaded this app yesterday 11/18/2020. It let me do 3 invoices after that I paid for the subscription and after I paid it kept kicking me out from the app and I have to start all over and it does the same thing now. So I haven't been able to make another one since then. please fix this, thank you!

I have been using this for my small business since June and it has helped me so much in providing my customers with invoices. I have one issue now though! I have a new business phone and I am transferring all the apps from the old one, but I realize that I cannot transfer my account to the new device. Will I lose all those invoices since all the usage was not saved to an account or backed up?

So I far I like the app but today it wont let me create a new invoice without signing up for a subscription no where did i read that you had to pay to use the app? It should be written in the description that you can only make 3 invoices before you are forced to pay for a subscription its like false advertising. Im deleting this app. No response needed. Update the app description. Put that info in the actual app. Transparency.

Share by email sends link to invoice on app website, send by email sends the actual invoice. No way in free version to edit payment methods once entered or to add additional tax lines to show each type of tax applied (state, local, excise, emergency services, etcetera). Not sure this available in paid version either. Don't like idea of sharing my client contact information or information on price I charged each client with app developer.

I have been using this app and now everytime I tried sending an invoice since yesterday it won't send.. Says something went wrong.. I'm being charged and I don't have a problem with that but I would love for it to work

I have ready paid for the app for one year and Now to create one invoice I have to pay again £7 a month?

So, starting today the app fails to save and whipes out items, next clicking save send or share doesn't do anything, and finally I have to keep continually resetting the app. Not a good service especially for a paid service
