It had jplt to grade connection (see: kotoba-chan app). I mean, the kanji score from e.g. jplt5 kanji should also apply to the same kanji in grade 1 and 2. If you want to change the way of learning it's wasting your time on the kanji you know :c hope it makes sense to you.

The order of the cards is limited to blocks of the same beginning sounds as you move through the vocabulary. So when you start, you'll be reviewing cards that start with the basic あいうえお sounds. Eventually you'll work your way to the K sounds, then the S sounds, the Ts, and so on. So, this app doesn't randomize the cards it tests you with enough for my tastes (at least so far as I'm seeing with JLPT4 vocabulary). Maybe some people will like working through vocabulary alphabetically, but I just didn't like it

I have never come across an application for my Android device so small and useful in my entire days of being an Android user. This offers more than I could ever have imagined. Great job developers. Use this everyday and you'll progress quickly. Five stars from me. Well deserved too.

This app is perfect for studying kanji! Whether you're learning based on grade level or the jlpt it can help you out. When you do the flash cards the same kanji will continue popping up here and there throughout the quiz so you end up knowing it perfectly by the end. Also, when you get a kanji wrong, it will show you the kanji at the bottom of the screen along with its onyomi and kunyomi (without listing 20 different readings so it's not confusing or too much). I recommend this 100% to everyone.

Thank you so much buddy for creating such a great app. This is the exact thing I was looking for. It's very much useful and productive. Can get enough of it. Best way to learn for beginner. Would recommend to all users :)

This is exactly what I need. A no frills app for drilling readings in every possible way. A few things I miss, though. The default kanji font is too bold, which obscures the font depending on the complexity of the kanji. Truncating the readings of kanji isn't perfect and doesn't seem to prioritize the most popular readings first. So we are left with quite a few rare ON-readings that are useless because they aren't popular. But still, this seems to be a design choice and the core of this app is to be simple. Less readings sure is EASIER to remember, but this isn't a complete solution. I'd hope for future features like using custom created lists in the future that allow multiple kanjis so we can drill vocabulary as well. Thanks for this app, developer!

A clear, simple app to refresh my rapidly fading kanji memory. I'm very pleased.

While I was reviewing N5 level kanji there was a mistake made; 牛(うし)Represents cow, but in there it was told うま or horse, which is represented by 馬. Would inform further if I see any more misses.

This is a good app for quizzes. But the quizzes are way too long. It does save your progress. But it does not give you a score! Or let you take the same quizz again.

I got this app to help me study for the jlpt. It doesn't require a data connection, and is extremely useful.

good for practice, but there's seems to be a wrong kanji on vocab on N3 no. 277 かたち(shape/form) it uses 計 kanji ,as i recall it should use 形 kanji. please check if it is my mistake or the app

Used this to learn and more importantly remember literally hundreds of kanji since late last year. I like the style and that the design is simple as it really doesn't need to be flashy. Does what it needs to. Requires no permissions - I like that!

This is amazing. It has a massive list of kanji with a clean interface and is completely free. No idea why the dev doesn't sell this for a lot of money though

Sometimes there will be two choices that are the same english word so you have no way of knowing which is "right". But I'm learning which is the point.

I can't thank you enough for making this wonderful app! It's great for beginners like me, it helps me learn and memorise, if there's more than 5 stars I would give it a full marks! I love it! Thank you so so so much!

Have quickly memorised a lot of characters using the quiz. It would be helpful if it displayed the meaning when answered correctly too. Thanks!

This is a very helpful app to Really memorize kanji, because of its great flash card system. It often asks earlier answered questions later in the quiz, helping you to truly remember the kanji characters. It also has all grade an dJLPT levels. Truly an excellent little app.

A flexible tool and is great for learning kanji and vocab, probably the best I've used to hammer learning words. Used with some other apps it makes a great combination.

I would definitely give this app five stars if it were possible to back up or export the database, sooner or later I'm going to need a new phone... if it's already possible to do this I can't figure out how. Thanks!
