The app was wonderful until they abruptly started charging. It was advertised as completely free, which is why I chose it. Now, it is very limiting and has a monthly fee. It would have been fine if you had just been up front about this. Springing surprise charges onto users isn't the way to go. Guess I'll need to find something else.
On its face it looks like a great app, unfortunately the UI is terrible. Unless I was just missing something it didn't seem like there was a simple way to reclassify drives or switch which month I was looking at if adding drives retroactively. Could be awesome just frustrating when recognisable buttons don't do what they typically do.
Better Than Everlance... And it's FREE. I would like if there was some kind of link to a map or a map included in the monthly reports. It's time consuming to go back through the app to view the maps when doing a monthly expense report. The addresses are not always correct.
App is great! The only gripe would have to be that records any driving distance. so lets say you take a car pool with a friend. it'll record that too. easily enough you can just delete that recorded mileage. I could get nit picky but I don't feel it's necessary until I actually do my taxes with this app
t think yhis has potential to be a great app. it is a little hard to maneuver through. I would like to pull up a screen that list my drives for a certain time span then be able to click the drive I want to look at and see all of the data for that drive on one screen.
I installed the app and it seemed to work for a while. I downloaded about 2 weeks worth of drives. But then it started missing some of my drives. Now it hasn't recorded a drive for the last week. Yet the app still has a pop up that indicates I have new drives! I am deleting it
So far so good. It has been very accurate except when I use the battery saver or I lose reception. I wish I could adjust my mileage rate as I work for a Not-for-profit and the $0.58 USD rate in the app is very lofty. Thank you. It meets all my needs. Thank you. Since my request to change the mileage rate, you have made allowances to customize. This brings the app from great to excellent! Thank you very much!
Fantastic! Better than the rest and ive tried loads over the years ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Update: please add a stop button to the app. When i have finished last business trip and want to commute home. It does not split the trips up for me. So would be fab if i could just click trip complete. Then the commute could be a fresh commute trip. Otherwise delighted with app. Thank you ❤❤❤
Despite the developer's attempts to help solve the problem this app just didn't work, it failed to detect any movement in my car either via ai or Bluetooth, therefore i have had to also admit defeat and I'm trying other apps. i checked and triple checked the settings, permissions and every other possible combination suggested, even the developer had to admit defeat. However I am going to amend my review since the developer did contact me quickly and made several attempts to resolve the issue.
Doesn't immediately start. Still looking for the street near my house where it has decided to start. Didn't match odometer. Does trip in segments. Stopping at traffic light or in heavy traffic counts as a segment. Difficult to delete trips if you're just a passenger or driving a car other than your own. Uninstalled
This app is very difficult i can't add drives. I add a drive but it won't save even used the plus button it lets me enter it but will not save it after i have added everything like start and destination, vehicle , business and sub category. then there is no place to save and if you exit it ask to dicard or continue editing.
this app records your actual tripsl. other mileage trackes you have to manually let the app know your trip is finidhed. not with simple. it knows when a trip begins and when it ends. all you have to do is swipe in order to categorize it. it is simple.
Great so far. It ends the trip prematurely if you have a long red light or you are stopped at a rail road for little longer. Add an option to combine trips and a setting for time length stopped to end the trip. Stll 5 stars - excellent app for being free.
Can't save my vehicle because the button overlaps the top drop down bar. Resetting your password will put you in a loop to redo it after leaving the app to check your email. How many more issues? I don't want to be the one to find out. Uninstalled until the dev finds them all.
It's been hit and miss for months...sometimes worked fine, sometimes missed days of trips. Also cant combine trips - i have many in city trips that are only a few 10ths of a mile because i sat at long traffic lights. I don't think I want to.pay for something that is mediocre at best.
They changed it from free UNLIMITED to only 40 free drives a month...no longer using. Was never totally accurate to begin with and missed many trips. Use Stride for free or pay for TripLog (free plan and cheaper paid), it's much better. Buh bye.
Cool app but buggy, deleting journeys seems annoying and difficult and once deleted they seem to stay there as miles traveled and drives done but costs not calculated quite buggy it seems The Excel it exported didn't have total milage costs added and the way it says how much money is spent per mile by IRS standards is kinda strange at least as Brit... Shame you cant categories or make folders for specific jobs.. but I guess it's simple
Mileage recorded appears accurate. I love the option classifying mileage b/t personal and business. I would have given it 5 stars if it didn't drain my battery significantly faster and sometimes the start and ending addresses are off.
Seems to do everything I used Everlance for without the need for a subscription. Thanks to the developers! Edit: of course now they want a subscription. Anyone know a mileage tracker that's hosted on my phone completely? I'll pay a one time fee but no way am I paying a monthly fee. Deleted.
The app generally works as it should. However, it takes a noticeable toll on battery life. There is also no option to edit drive info should the app make an incorrect or incomplete record of a drive, and there is no way to manually add a trip should one be missed all together. Report generation is also inoperable. No email arrived in my inbox, spam folder, or otherwise. Themes are limited to 4 colors. Most importantly, and the reason I uninstalled, the privacy policy is highly, highly invasive.
