It is worst app..I called customer service for more than ten times to fix some issues with international calls but still have problems..unfortunately they said we fixed your issue just turn off then turn on your phone, then it will be fine but is not ..it's so bad..now l use calling card for some international calls
This app is absolutely ridiculous. It simply does not work and customer service cannit help. I was able to but now, l can't make international calls.
$25 plan card along with a brandnew brought lg journey phone i pirchased and activated the phone with the unlimited talk.text and 3gb highspeed data and havent been able to make any calls or texts with my new phone and paid for plan and havent been able to connect to enternet without wifi.after ive called customer service over 4 times went through all the step to troubleshoot my phone and all and still not able to use my web texts or calling ive paid for.sad service
Just switched to Simple mobile 48 hours ago,but the frustration am encountering making International call is worrisome and very unfortunate. The App is useless.
After hours and hours with techsupport and then finally installing this app,..still no international service.I expected Way better service,esp.from a German tel company.Poor,poor service and most of techsupport are not schooled at all and talk in an incomprehensible sort of English.Oh dear oh dear

This simple mobile app is garbage. I spent 45 minutes talking to the technical support just to figure out how to make a international call using simple mobile.
I pay 50 dollars per month for this garbage service. I used to call other country for free but now they stopped it. Very bad

This app doesn't work. Sounds good /Free International calls. It's a big lie. Call customer service and nobody knows how to fix or answer your questions. Called many times and never gotten my questions answered each time. And none of them speak English, and have very heavy accent that hardly can understand them . I definitely will switch to different phone carrier as soon as I can get a good deal on their phone. By the way, you better reduce phone plans price and offer no free international call
