For the past 3 months you have taken us on and off autopay, Removed 1 phone number, changed the monthly amnt. We paid paid 3 times in one day because you took 2 payments that were rejected (had that amnt) and took a week to give the money back. Your cust SVC does not understand us when we talk and constantly makes expensive mistakes
The service itself is decent and reliable, however it's absolutely ridiculous how difficult it is to login to your account. I've tried using my SIM number, Serial number, email, phone number, different browsers and they all don't work. I've changed my password multiple times. This does not make any sense how it only works once in awhile. I've tried calling customer service and he only tried to make me setup a NEW account, which I definitely don't want to do. The app has the same problem.
I paid for my service and I can't make calls or send text, but I have a metro by t mobile phone... It's still not working for me... Phucked up shyt
Simple Mobile seems to be pretty good 25 bucks a month for 3 gigs you get service just about everywhere a few places that don't but all in all good phone for 40 bucks good plan for 25 a month
this is based off of tech spprt 4 past 2 weeks the acct I created said my phone is active I've spoke to 8 different people & understanding them is not easy and evry time I'm transfered to a agent higher up I start over with what I already did 8 other times & my phone 2 wks still no network only worx on wifi yet it's there network not the phone that's the issue been on the phne since 8am call back transfer on hold transfer to get hung up on again this is about as bad as dealing with Comcast 👎
It says the app is installed on my phone but.... It's not showing up. I always have to come back to the play store to open the app. Kind of janky to me.
Don't get this app including the card. I just got a new card yesterday and the data was already some how use up. I wasn't even on it and it should've lasted in till the due date but ended In the middle of the month when I was really needed of help including real life problems with business. Now and can't connect with my friends or others including check to see if I got a anything important or not.
Not having any fun...love the way I pay my bill and you turned off my data....stating that I used to much last month. What the h...how about a warning then. Instead you cut me off after I pay and then make it impossuble to add on data when it was crucial ti have when I needed it. Also everytime I sign up for rewards the app. Says I am earning. When i return to check my points, 0, I am not signed up. So I do it again and again. Thid has been happening for almost a year. You owe me!
For two days I have been trying to activate my Moto G Power 21. I have been through two sim cards for Simple Mobile. The first card took 45 minutes just to culminate in the automated customer service line to tell me that the SIM card number didn't exist. Yeah....Best Buy thought it was pretty BS too. So here I am, with the second sim card in as many days....dealing with an app that experiences errors, locks up, and does nothing that resembles a good prepaid carrier. Good bye "Simple". Hello Mint
Aside from more down time, lost connection, and simple mobile not honoring rewards as promised and earned. I wouldnt recomend this company if it was the last service on earth.!!!! Why i keep it, because my number is an established one, and they woñt let me take it to another provider. WTH. I really am peturbd that they wont give me my earned credit.
Very easy-going and very good helpful people in the application and very very easy to do and re-up your plan every month.🙂☺️ very satisfied with the application and services!!.. would recommend to all my friends and family.!
App is trash... cant view anything, cant log in half the time and all my rewards wont become avaliable for some reason even though it says i have over 7000 but cant do anything with them, had service for the last two months now and nothing has changed in the app, you cant even use the chat feature cause the button doesnt work, tried getting a number to call but no number for customer service... if this is what i have instore for me ill find another prepaid service
I have never had so many problems with a network in my life. It's always disconnecting my service calling texting and data not working even though I payed for the $50 plan. Not a good network for anyone who wants a working phone, expecially if you run your own business or are a manager of any kind like me.
Something is wrong with this app it's running all the time and won't stop I'm afraid to force it to stop because I need the phone
I had a question about my new sim card and plan they told me there answer and it was very easy.They are very helpful with there customers. I had no problem with them and I'm liking them so far.They are WAY BETTER than Straight talk!I recommended Simple mobile for anyone who is having trouble with Straight talk like I did. I wish I could give them more stars on the ratings. They know how to handle there customers I was 8 queue but with Straight talk I was 68 in queue or something like that.
I absolutely love this phone plan I've had metro I've had cricket sprint you name them I've had them and this one is one of the BEST EVER THAT I HAVE HAD!
Customer service is trash! -5 stars. And will not release the phone number, also registers your number to wrong city with a zip code to the account in FLORIDA! And refused to give it to me! Don't ask how I found out. The company is a total scam with really bad service coverage, horrible.
My phone is a simple mobile it works works pretty good but they don't have offices with signs up anywhere or if you need to go to them it's not on the door it's always inside some building somewhere I need to put up signs bulletin boards where you can see where they're at when you're driving trying to find them when they give you the address not on the door there's no bulletin up it's really aggravating I spent all day yesterday looking for one and still ain't found one yet why don't they put up
Not a good experience simple mobile I can't get calls or call out other can you plz help???text either and of course it's got me very upset !!!on the 6th simple green Is already buggin me to open up a line or two.. under contract.. what for I think 50dolkars this month to not be able to use service I purchased or the phone plan I'm on to work at all so disappointed in this can someone plz help me out techs ?? Simple mobile doesn't make it easy to create an account with them, the most you can do with their outdated app is topup each month. Customer service is outsourced to India, the representatives are highly inexperienced and unhelpful.
Had a few minor issues but they worked through them with me i find that the ones that cant speak english properly arehe ones that cant solve problems other than that no problems
It won't allow me to login to the app or the website. The app worked great, up until the update, except it never lets me use my rewards points to re-up my account. It always comes up that there is an error. I have contacted customer service many, many times and when they try to do it on their end they get the same error. It's so annoying. What is the point of having rewards points where you can use them to re-up your account with air time if you can't use them anyway!!! Please fix the bugs.

This app is clunky and weird. The phone service is fine. I have no real complaints. The survey they have for the app doesn't work so there's no way to provide feedback on the performance of the app.
Since last update I'm unable to access my account. Phone got shut off because the app isn't working to re up and great news I can't even call the number to fix it. I have to go physically to the store now. Such an inconvenience. I would give it zero stars if that was an option. It was great until now, very user friendly. But since latest update its completely useless and now my phone is shut off. Very upset.
