Simple Moon Phase Calendar
Improved point:

Function:
- When you tap the date on the calendar to migrate to the detail screen that to display the large moon image.
- Detailed data is age of the moon, the distance to the moon, percent illuminated, time of the moonset/moonrise, Moon sign, Mercury retrograde.
- Notify full moon and new moon, first quarter, last quarter in the status bar.
- Full moon and new moon, first quarter, last quarter will be announced in the widget.
- Widget is resizable.
- There is also a memo function on the calendar.

Very cool app. Works perfectly, no issues, widget is great! Recently I became interested in vedic astrology and it would be great to be able to adjust the zodiac sign shown in the app so it is based on the sidereal zodiac, as an option (it would just involve adding a fixed offset in the calculation of where the moon is on the elliptic) 🙏 Then the sign shown would match the moon's actual position in the night sky, as well.
Nice but it no longer updates. I have to click on the widget and get back to main screen and then it updates. A setting for periodic updates like, every two hours, would be fine. And showing rise and set in the widget would be awesome.
I was loving it until recently the Moon phase widget no longer updates. This change occurred without my changing any battery saving settings (I checked the support recommendations in the app) nor a change of OS. I now use a workaround of opening up the app's settings, opening the widget settings and then closing. When I return to the widget it has updated. AMEND: I've been using the current version on a pixel 3a Android 9.
This is perfect. It's exactly the widget I was looking for. It shows the moon in its current phase without a lot of extraneous information, although that's available if you want it. It's resizable so you can have it as big as you want, clear and beautiful.
I love the app but hate the adds so I jumped at the opportunity to purchase the add free version, then the app tells me I already own the add free version but the adds are still appearing and I still see the option to purchase the add free version...Fix this and get a five star rating. Update: The dev, a great communicator, responded to my review and supplied the fix. Rating is now five star.
Widget doesn't refresh after the last update. When I would unlock my phone the current phase would show, now it stays as whatever phase it was when i last opened the actual app. It's such a cool app and the widget is beautiful, but with the convenience gone I don't think I'll keep it.
Not totally obvious or easy to setup & moon image in widget is always partially blocked by info displayed. There is more than enough room in widget to place an unobstucted image of the current moon phase above any single info selected to be displayed, for example when displaying moonrise & moonset times the moon image is centered in the widget with the moonrise time partially overlaying the moon image when the image can easily be place higher in the widget so it is totally unobstructed by times.
Best app ever! BUT... is not updating from time to time, have to remove the widget and put it back again. Also, have to go into the app via app bar to see the calendar rather than clicking on the moon
Bought this app years ago (old one removed dk why). Great graphics and custom color.

Seems like a good app but I'm not getting notifications as I have set up. I have quarter, full and half Moons tagged for notifications but I've not seen them in several weeks.
This is a great app but it is always behind a night. A full moon is at 100% illuminated the app shows the full moon at ~90% when the next night on the calendar says 100%. And I set up notifications but I never get notifications.
Excellent app. In addition to full screen mode, it provides two different 1x1 widgets that tell you what you want to know with just a glance. I love it.
What happened to the paid version? I thought I paid to get rid of ads. But every time it updayes there are ads. Otherwise I love having the moon widget on my phone.

I love this as it looks pretty but simple and does just what I want. I kinda wish that the widget shows all the moon phase names like waning crescent and all others so that I can know immediately when I look at the widget.
A notification when full moon will be will be awesome, I'll say 2-3 days before full moon (or maybe configurable), I have the app for many years but the widget seems to not help with the daily routine.
This is the only moon app I have found that includes a Mercury Retrograde setting. A Mercury Shadow period setting would also be nice, maybe seen in inverted white on black symbol.

Yep. All it needs is glyphs for each zodiac sign the moon is in. And make 'em big. Also, instead of percentage of the lunation it should say how many degrees elapsed/to go. The percentage is confusing, we're used to degrees. Nobody uses percentages in astrology.
I got this app and I loved the look of the widget but I started getting an insane amount of ads so I deleted it but the ads won't stop and I'm very irritated. This is the only new app I have when the ads started happening and I am still getting ads when I was outside of the app.
Genial and simple. Graphic is clear easy to read and nice personification options to set the widget.
Asked me to update because it had 'new features' and then, unsurprisingly, rewarded me with a bunch of ads. Thanks and uninstalling
Absolutely love this app I've had this on three different phones now and I love it, I like how adjust in changes and goes day today it's one of the best things ever on any phone thanks again for the the best app I believe and when it comes to solstices Blessed Be My Friends
I need only moon phase and nothing more so this app gives me just what I need without info I do not care about. Good, simple widget to see fhase of moon fast.
Hi I bought the App today, but it is showing the timings shown are half an hour less then the actual. I am residing in Delhi-India. Example: FM on 6 March 2019 is on 9.32pm, but this app is showing on 9.02pm. Similarly all other timings are 30 minutes less in this app. Plz do the needful.
i really like this app. i use it more than the regular calendar. everything from new moons to dental appointments.
I've had this app for a year or so now and have no complaints. Simple and easy to use. I love that it lets me have a widget option of just the moon without text so it doesn't look weird on my wallpaper.
