Would be good if app breakdown the monthly principal and interest amount. Overall good. For USA, select variable for rate.
I got this program to figure out a new mortgage problem is it does not do points I eat such as 4.25 5.50 on interest. The only does single digits so it cannot be very accurate therefore I had to uninstall it and look for something else
