Simple Notepad

It's well written, and I'm sure a lot of people will like it. I have two problems with it, though (and if Play Store removes my linebreaks here, sorry): • You can't sort notes by creation time, only alphabetically or by modification time. This should be an option, IMHO. • When you open a note, to actually edit it: You. Must. Tap. The. Pencil. Icon. Every. Time. Some people may like that, if they tend to inadvertently change notes when they read them, but I find it tedious and unnecessary. Again, I think it should be an option, not a requirement.

If you're an Android 7 Twitter user, you need this app. I got it to offload my Twitter drafts (they take up too much space & make Twitter run badly). So one draft at a time, I create a new note. This cute thing saves all but the addressee & pics, as it's text only. BUT it saves URLs & hashtags as links: Big Time Saver. Seems to take voice typing well. It says Note shows up to 4 lines, but it shows all. Mebbe b4 you compose in Twitter, 1st make a note HERE.. cuz Twitter often crashes!

This app is great for quick notes! Very easy to configure, and easy on resources, too. No folders or other method of organization but, for quick notes, Simple Notepad is a CHAMP! 👍👍😃

Caution! Once note is opened for editing, there is no undo button, accidental text deletion will surely be permanent. Moreover, one has to enter edit mode to copy part of the text from the note. This is too dangerous. My trigger to remove space occupying UUIDs: [CREATE TRIGGER "No_uuid_notes" after insert on notes Begin update notes set uuid = '' where uuid is new.uuid ; END;]

It's very helpful and easy to use + a lot more features with a small bundle of code ! Impressive

So far so good with Simple Notepad. I got really tired of all the BS of M. Notes needing updates the final update was enough for me M. Notes said i had to completely uninstall the app for the update. And i had many notes types for work and other appointees so i was not about to update M. Notes and loose all my appointees.

I already just got it right now, I wrote about 2 or 3 notes. Simple Notepad is the nicest app in the world! 5 star for rating! My goal is 17 stars! Any words? Just giving you guys a review. Please tell me if somebody HATES this app!

Easy to use. Fits my needs. Wish there was a tab for next line, down, up, bullets.

The ability to scroll through notes without having the keyboard get in the way is why I use this notepad app.

Excellent update as always! Now we can search within a note! This app is very fast. Works flawlessly. Has never crashed in all the years I have used it. I have over 4000 Notes in the database and it still works as fast as the day I started using it! Just needs password protection, checklist, & online sync to be perfect.
