Absolutely hated it. Tried several times to create books and never ever got to finish not 1 single book. App never let me preview any of the books. Would not show the pictures on the pages, would not allow me to rearrange anything or see the order of the pics!! Won't ever use it nor will I ever recommend it! Would have given it zero stars if it would have let me.
By far the BEST experience ive ever had with an online company! Super EASY to design my book from my android and the quality of product and paper exceeded my expectations! I also received it fast and without any headaches. 100% would recommend simple prints for all your special pictures and projects!
I won't give a higher star until I've seen my product. I give a 3 because one of the reasons I used this is because today i recieved an email giving me a 75% discount yet every time I tried to use it (multiple tries) I was given an error code that the discount was no longer valid. I seriously tried to use it the same day I got the email. Too frustrated to recreate on another site, I went ahead and paid full price. Not happy, feel it was false advertising! I may never use again because of this!
I made my book. I am in love with the preview. Wish there was a open from your email copy.l, not a link copy. I have searched through so many apps. This app is simple and easy to use. please make a digital copy that isn't a link. I would pay for that
I've been using this product for 5 years now for our end of the year family albums. Quite easy to use and over all quality is good. A little clunky building collages, but it has improved.
I ordered a book on here for a Christmas present. I did the ENTIRE thing by my Samsung phone and im not tech saavy. ( it was that easy) I was blown away with the quality of EVERYTHING about my photo book!! I cant say enough about the product and customer service!!! This use to be awesome! Now I dont know what happened that the pictures that were edited stayed loading with 3 dots and it wont show. I have erased the app and redownload and started a new one and still nothing. Please fix.
I love this app. I have ordered 2 books now and they do a wonderful job. The customer service is also great. They answered all of my questions right away. The pictures are bright and beautiful.
Why doesn't it allow me to sign up? I installed the app from Google play store, but get an error when I try to create an account. I restarted my phone, but still have the same problem! Please help!

I love this app. Its easy to work with (unless you want the whole page to be text). This will be my third volume for my great grandson of 7 months. I will continue as long as I am alive. You guys are awesome.

there's a problem with the new update. none of my albums or photos are loading. it freezes up when you go to menu and try to open all books. I really liked using this app I'd normally give it five stars because I get to dictate how I want my pictures and how many pages I want and it'seasy to upload and organize photos. But now I can't even use it. PLEASE fix this.
