I thought it had what I was looking for so I purchased the premium edition. Well, some of the cell phones tried to open the link and it said there was no such webpage, then every time I tried to manually share the link with the ones who couldn't open it, there was no link. It only said "view your match" Plus when I tried to submit a ticket, it wouldn't let me put in my email address!
Awful. Doesn't load mobile numbers properly from contacts so had to manually check them all. Then when I went to send the list it let me know premium access was required for more than 6 names and I would be charged. Had I had know this from the start I wouldn't have bothered ensuring the names and numbers were correctly loaded. Do not use!
Thought this would be user friendly and make planning Secret Santa easier. Went through the process to run a test first (as I usually do) and was prompted to to purchase premium in order to send it as texts. I like the feature to have recipients verify if they've gotten the message...Yet it gave someone themself 🤦🏽♀️
When I have resent the messages, they were given themselves to gift. This has complicated this whole process and given me the work of the app. The opposite of the name of the app. This is apparently the premium service. Do not recommend.
My wife and I used this app for our secret Santa and it made things so easy. It let's you add blocks so people can't get certain people. We paid the $4 for premium and it went very smoothly. Everyone got their text message and was able to confirm and knows their secret santa. You can also add items on to your wish list from other websites and it's fairly simple. Will be using this app again.
When you send the list, you get a message that you can't use the app for more than 5 users for free. That's OK...but then it says that you have to buy the app from IOs, not through Google play. It's confusing. I will un install. Sorry
Great app! Made it so easy to do secret santa. It was worth paying for. Would give 5 stars but.... one thing that would be great is the ability to copy a list instead of having to set it all up again. Hope you take this on board.
Some users never got their notification and when you resend the notification their choice get re-rolled. There was also 1 incident when a person got his own name from the draw. Do not recommend this app.
I couldn't even log into it. I tried to send the sign in code to my phone no less that 8 times and it never sent it. Even though the app said it did.
Appart from having to pay for the app once you have painstakingly inputted everyones number into the app! It also gave one person themselves and it has completely messed up our work secret Santa. Awful app! Do not buy it.
This is the best ome so far. But u do need to pay 3 dollars but it does its job perfectly. I payed with google rewards so it costed me nothing. Google payed. If u wanna, install google surveys and u get payed for answering serveys. Thats how i got this app for free. Just answered some surveys and thats it.
This doesnt work. Two people were the Secret santa for 1 person. Luckily I had to help one person with the app and found out that they had the same person as me. This would have been a fiasco. I'm uninstalling this App now.
In order to use phone numbers instead of email addresses, you have to purchase "premium access". Phone numbers are simpler for us, so we'll just have to use another app.
Ugh. After entering all my contacts (you can't import them easily either), it says if you want to use mobile numbers or have not than 5 people in your list then you need to purchase premium!! Sods.
This doesn't work! I paid for premium and only some of the people on the list got the text. When you resend. They get themselves. I need a refund!
Don't use! Generator can assign someone to gift themself...a waste of time to gamble whether it will all work out or require multiple tries.
After paying for this app I would at least expect it to work! More than half my group did not receive a message with their secret Santa pick. Ugh, frustrated
Had to purchase premium to send to my group added all contacts manually and it still hasnt sent. All of this is through text and i haven't even gotten mine
Did not work. Paid for the app to do secret Santa at my job. Supposed to send emails and texts to participants... did nothing. Would like a refund
What a con! Let's you waste your time adding in names only to demand payment if more than 5 names are entered - DELETED!
Worst Experience, no help available, difficult to use and nothing extra if you pay for "premium" service.
Upgraded package to send the SMS it didn't work....
Gets confused about Australian phone numbers, scrambles numbers imported from contacts. Waste of time!
Works randomly with android.. ok on iPhone.. so annoying as I tried about 15 times !
Required payment for text messages and after payment was made it still didnt work.

I downloaded the app and then I had to pay for it to work but still didn't work! So, I lost my money.
Enjoyed using this app. It was great to organise secret Santa with close friends during Covid times. Thank you
Sent messages to all participants and nobidy received theirs inly me that set it up.....waste of money cause also had to pay premium to do it
The idea of this app is great. I ended up buying the premium so that we could send the secret santa messages via sms and to more than 6 people. Paid for the premium and the sms's were never sent, I ended up having to individually send a link to each person. Which defeats the point of me buying premium to make my life easier. Sent an email asking for help and never got a reply. If you're able to use the free version then it's great, if you need to buy premium then I wouldn't recommend it.
