Simple Seizure Diary

This app is the perfect way to keep a diary and read it back in a number of different ways at the click of a button. You can share this information with your doctors and family as well.
You can look at your seizures on a month by month calendar, or scroll up and down through your seizure activity easily in the 'scrolling calendar' view. You can share a month's worth of seizure data via e-mail in files that anyone can download and view on their web browser.

You can use a wide range of customizable charts as tools to monitor your seizure activity. This is helpful when trying to find patterns or trends in your seizures. These charts are currently available:
- By date
- By length (in minutes)
- By hour of the day (customizable time frames in the settings menu)
- By day of the week
- By preictal symptoms
- By postictal symptoms

You can also share web versions of the charts via e-mail. There is the option to send the screen you're currently viewing, or all the data from the last 3 months. You can do all these with 3 clicks after you open the app!

As well as adding comments you can label your seizures with colors, if you want to make certain circumstances obvious. You could use color labels for things like missing work, incontinence, injury, an episode in public or any number of other things.

You can also add your own seizure types if the default specified do not match your seizure types, and then remove any if you wish to. Similarly, you can add and remove preictal and postictal symptoms.

You can also back up or transfer your seizure data in the settings menu. If you get a new phone, or if you're worried about losing your data, you can keep all of your data in one compact file. If you open the file on a phone you will be able to import that data with the touch of a button.

Finally a seizure tracker that actually works! Thank you for making this, I love the graphs and being able to customize. It's been so helpful for my visits with my epileptologist.

Lives up to its name. Very straightforward to use with no unnecessary frills, which suits me as a carer. I previously used the Young Epilepsy app which no longer seems to be available. This has a similar feel, less busy than some other apps. Also straightforward to back up data to Google Drive and you can then share data via email.

Haven't updated my review in a while. I'm glad this app exists. I like being able to open a new event and have auto time. I have a bit of warning with my seizures so this feature is useful. It would be cool if I could put multiple triggers or multiple things that happened after the seizure episode instead of having to write the extras in my notes.

This app is exceptional and perfect for documenting info pertaining to a seizure. I have tried several apps after my wife started having seizures and truly love this one. Its very simple to use. My only suggestion would be to allow you to ad/ edit the lists in the Preictal and Postictal sections. Thats one of two reasons that I did not give it 5 stars. The other is the fact that I just started using it today and want to use it for a while and make sure that I can easily send the info to the dr.

I've only just installed it and so far I find it easier and more useful than writing a daily diary. I like that we can add more pre and post seizure symptoms etc, but the only thing that would be a lot more useful is being able to tick more than one symptom on the seizure calendar, instead of having to write everything in the comments of entry. That's my only opinion that would make this app even easier to use, other than that- I think this is great!

When my phone broke, I lost all my data with it because there was no login or setup required which could've saved my data automatically. Such mishaps happen suddenly and it's such a loss that this app doesn't provide a peace of mind. Shame.

This app is really easy to use and a must have for anyone needing to quickly record seizure information. I love being able to customise detail to suit our own needs as well. The developer Luke is great to deal with 👍👍

very easy to use, and understand. though I've not used the video nor the sharing/email feature yet. would like the ability to select multiple preictal, postictal events and triggers for each log. and maybe a definition of each kind of seizure (depending on the apps country of origin) as I've found from searching on the internet that websites from different countries has a different definition of each kind of seizure; and including the original names of the different seizures. Please.

Good idea but can't email or print the info I record, clicked on what looks like the share icon and every single time it crashes .. so have been recoding seizures and now have to go over it all and put it onto spreadsheet. After Update I can forget the share button to load choices, none of which are the printer, so just as useless

Activity Timeline keeps crashing Been using this for 2 years. Up until yesterday it would have had 4 or 5 stars. Now I cant access the activity timeline without the whole app crashing. I daren't uninstall/reinstall, as im scared I'll lose THREE years worth of my childs epilepsy data, right from his very first seizure. Dont know what to do for the best. See if it will get fixed, or find another app and spend days inputting 3 years worth of info back into it. :(

A reliable & Easy to learn app Enabling various ways to view records & enabling important data to be added highly recommended

This is my second review. The first one was obviously removed by Google. The app is really inconsistent which is a huge problem since this app is used to record info on seizures in the hopes that one can share it with their Dr. When you click "activity time-line, the app closes prematurely and asks if you'd like to report the problem?! Which is a joke since I emailed the developer 2x and no reply. This app needs to be PERMANENTLY REMOVED. I have since downloaded another app that works great.

Not able to transfer information when I changed my phone and downloaded app again. I have the data saved but it's not comparable. I have tried to address this but they are not responsive. good if your going to keep same phone.

The app has gone very slow to open so not so good if the person is having a lot of seizures because the app cannot keep up p with the demand. Initially I was impressed, especially for the timer that starts timing as soon as the app is open.

I like the app, it seems easy to use. It really helps to customize it. It helps that u can put how long it last, & other details. *** Down point, very important for me now, is that there is no place to write the meds I'm taking... ( Or could not find it). Please let me know if there is one. I would definitely go 4 this one.

It seemed like a great and really useful app. o added my seizures for today and it says it has saved them but when you check the calender, it doesnt record them at all.

I have a particularly bad case (Dr's can't stop telling me) love the simplicity and should be 5*. just want to suggest adding voice commands as I have a broken hand. I'm a coder but not apps - this is so useful just want it perfect like your about app nudges. Left hand writing isn't uncommon to me but being able to shout at an epilepsy app would be great

Great App! There is only one thing in would change. I'd like to upload videos of the seizure to the event entry not just have to have the app open to record.

Tried this in the past and it kept crashing. Recently reinstalled and everything is smooth love the simplicity and different calendar views.
