Simple Shopping List
There are already many similar apps. But most of them are overloaded, have many errors or problems with synchronizing. I often lost my purchases or previous purchases came back as if by magic.
This app is kept very simple.
You can add products to the shopping list. To each product a category is assigned.
And the categories are sorted, how you will find them in YOUR shop.
The app also keeps track of which products belong to which category.
If you add "cheese" and select the category "dairy products", so that is saved.
If you need the next time "cheese", then you must not enter the category, because the app knows it already. So you can just enter a "c" and the cheese appears in the selection automatically. A tip on it adds the product to the shopping list in the appropriate category.
Easy and simple!
No more sorting by hand.
Only type the first few letters and let complete the correct product from the list.
Of course, you can also manage the items (edit category / quantity / unit).
But everything is very simple.
You can also manage the categories (add, remove, sort).
In addition, you can backup your entries and database very easy to your Google Drive.
So you have a backup, which you can re-import, for example when you change your mobile phone.

Very simple to use. I can create categories for other stores such as "hardware store" or "liquor store" so I can keep all my lists in one place. Easy to add items and cross them off as I pick them up. No-ads, and it's a small app, storage space wise, on my phone. Thank you!
Not quite what I want. When you tick boxes, it puts items in deleted box. I like to have a comprehensive list & tick items I need to buy. I have now managed to make it work for me. I just add things to the list & tick when purchased. This puts them in deleted list below & re-instate them as required. Result 😊
Amazing! Remembers everything added. Very nice design & easy to use. I've added food emoji's to each category list. Able to use voice input if I choose. No ads or bloatware in this app. Wishlist: It would be nice to have an item note section, but it's not a dealbreaker. My new favorite app.
Excellent and elegantly designed app. Easy to categorise by store for those who shop at different places for meat, veg, small goods etc. It would be great to be able to 1. Have checked items return to a master list rather than look like they are being permanently deleted 2. remove wallpaper & use dark screen to save battery life. 3. Add subcategory or ability to custom sort within categories Overall brilliant job on this app
3rd Review I started using this app around March 2019 and loved it - recently I asked the developer for an update - I wanted to see all my items on one list and it has been done and its fantastic. I am 68 with a failing memory - now that my shopping memory is in my phone I am actually saving money by not overstocking and not just food items - printer ink, paper, screen wash for the car everything, I shop for on a regular or semi regular basis. Thanks Verotool its 10 stars from me.
simple grocery list. just enough categories to keep it simple. I keep an ongoing list on my phone. As I think of something, I add it to the list. I like that the ap remembers previous item entering and automatically puts the item in the category I used before.
Brilliant. Start to type stuff and if it's already on the list it shows it. Clicked on things in the store and it dropped down to another list to show I had picked the item up. If I have one thing to say is that I can't do a list for each store. Love this app
Simple and easy. Does the job. All items in alphabetical order within categories. Put them in your basket. Take them out. Nothing fancy or overcomplicated. Only it'd be nice to be able to change the rather gaudy colour scheme.
So far it been great helps me to keep to the list, when you're on a budget. It also keeps what I get so I don't have to write it all the time. The category list helps in the store where I don't have to go down very one.
I wanted a simple shopping list that would not weigh down my phone and this is perfect for me. With ease of use and customizable categories, it is exactly what I needed for trips to the store.
I wouldn't be without my shopping list app ,it saves me time as it lists what I've put down for my next shop , and it stops me over spending as I only get what's on my list plus it helps me not to forget an item .It's easy to use .I love it .
As the title says ... it's a simple list. Easy to add items and easy to edit. Ads are discrete.
Great App no more forgetting what you need. Remembers all your items, just click to add to your shopping list, then check them off as you buy them.

Simple but great app to manage your home shopping list. However the save data is not working for me please fix it. Update : Issue is fixed.
I updated my review from a 4 to a 5. I emailed the developer to add Imperial units; within a week he/she updated the app with the option of Imperial units. Thanks for listening and the fast responce.
exactly what I was looking for. easy to add items, which are then alphatized. when I purchased something l check it off and the software removes it from my list
Excellent shopping app. Keeps it simple but provides everything you need. No ads!
Simple and nice. No adds. I use shop names instead of food categories in the CATEGORY menu.
Excellent and Useful app that is evolving which is good. Just needs real time list sharing.

I would like this app to stay live while I am using it. It is annoying to have to keep turning it on.
I like the convenience and ease of use. Deleting items is a plus, very user friendly.
Much better than writing a paper list and then not finding where you have put it.

REVIEW OF DEC., 2019: - Agggh!!! I think I'm going to LOVE this app! Though I'm still in the process of building my master list, this app seems to be everything I wanted. To start with -- it's SIMPLE. It does one thing and, as far as I can tell, does it really well. For me, the best thing is the Deleted list at the bottom. I like to build my grocery list by scanning down a master list and simply ticking off what I need to get for this shopping trip, and the Deleted list allows me to use the app that way. I changed my categories and their sort order so that they are the different aisles of the store I shop at. So when I untick an item from the deleted list, it pops up top to display in the order that I shop in. GREAT!!! The app is quite intuitive -- everything works pretty much the way you'd expect it to, just from looking at it. I can't think of a single other thing I would want in this app. So glad you didn't fill it up with extra bells & whistles. I wouldn't have thought of including a backup to Google Drive, but I'm glad you did. Who knows when that could be a lifesaver. Many thanks for developing this app.
