Simple Spreadsheet (free/ads)

Sometimes all-in-one apps is not the best way to go. It is rare to see a app that does one thing and one thing only. This is one of those apps. All it does is spreadsheets... that is it. Keep the app maintained but not improved and you have a first place winner in my book. As if I could not be more impressed, the file size, only 2MB, did just that. Well done. I chose to use it to help me organize my wiring planning for my house, see what wire goes where, organize outlets and other info.

This is a very good app for making fairly SIMPLE spreadsheets, just like the name suggests. If you want Excel, use Excel. I use this for some quick calculations like figuring out my bank account a month ahead of time. The files are 1/10 the size of an Excel file. Three problems. 1) The dev seems to have abandoned this. 2) It saves way too many backup files. Get a file manager to delete them. 3) When I delete a row I have to manually edit the cell that was below that row, but just that one cell.

Works well and does just what I need for a compact mobile phone spreadsheet app. However it becomes quite slow after I expand a cascading formula to 120 rows. Note to other users: extensive user guide / help is in the 'about' section.

I wanted to make a simple list of items with sums of weight, cubage and value. First I could find no way to adjust column width. Then I found no way to designate a range of cells and entering the range manually results in an error. The equal sign in the header isn't really there BTW, it will treat what you add after it as text.

This is great for small spreadsheets. You can copy and paste from one sheet to another and also save the sheet to an sd card using explorer and also there is a backup file for when you delete a file by mistake. I've used this one quite a lot! I use it for keeping addresses, birthdays, savings. Thanks

Doesn't allow user to specify how many decimal places to select. Doesn't seem to allow long text strings to display over empty adjacent cells. And doesn't understand non-integer exponents although it gives a (wrong) answer anyway. Fine for very basic stuff.

A very slim yet one loaded with useful features, coming very near to the real thing. Some operations are understandably a little cumbersome to perform in the small screen.

Love this app. Would like to keep to sheets open, making it easy to switch between them to get some work done. Instead of opening and closing them all the time. That's frustrating !

I needed a simple spreadsheet for Bank account, that loads quickly, all other tasks are accomplished by WPS Office. The internet is getting too complicated with passwords & wi-fi availability, so the simple spreadsheet has solved my problem.

Its very simple if you dont mind typing every cell. It does not allow selection of a block then growing a data set. It made me appreciate Excel... Others are much worse....

I'm using this app in my TVBox, HiMedia. Initially i was apprehensive: however, after using it, must congratulate the Developer!! Most functions (i used) worked.!! I hope an updated version will address the decimal setting of a numerical value!! Kudos, Developer.

For what I use it for, the app is almost ideal. Basic, simple and easy input in cells. I'm unsure of functionality with other apps or for sharing.

I really like the app especially all the functions. The thing I would like the most is a cheet sheet in help or just in the description here with general information. I have figured out much such as functions copy/paste and resize cells but have yet to discover how format cells to currency

When I try to load a file or import a CSV it just gives me an error message saying there are no files therefore I cannot use the application at all.

This one's so much like my laptop's, which really suits me, but without the option to center the cells' entries. Help me with that & I'll give your app 5 stars.t.y. 2das later, hello- anyone home? Is this thing on? I can't center the entries & how do you rename the title? Better hurry or I'm taking back another star!

WHY does it require so much access to other items? I can understand internal storage to save, but other things? No privacy. What will it do when phoning home with my data? Uninstalling angry.

Amazing simple spread sheet application. I suggest to used it. Very useful and effective. I love this application. Add thousand separator please..

Just wasted an hour loading it all, tried to figure out how to subtract and it just deleted all columns. No clue why and no clear instructions.

Great app but the email functionality not working.when I long press on a file and press email the email app does not pop up,so unable to backup my files,disappointed

Its a great app and i use it regularly. But, since changing my phone i cannot e-mail my spreadsheets. When i try the app closes.

WHY does this app need access to my word files or photos or contacts or text files or anything other than the specific spreadsheet files?? App needs limited file access!!!!!!

Worst. Not reliable. I have created some spreadsheets and keep updating them. Today I found none of the spreadsheet is there. I lost all my records.

don't even install. i lost all my docs one time i thought it was my fault or have pressed something. but the second time all my doc lost i knew this app is just pure nonsense

Nice app for basic use. But would love if it has some more features like Wrap text, freez paning more rows just than the first row.

This app is wonderful it helps me to much as today I have only few minutes for my computer activity it helps me to create my activity attractive and beautiful I think you should try I don't know how much you like the app but I like the app too much ❤️❤️

Works great Love how you move around the sheet. Can't figure out how to insert row or col but I really don't need that.
