Simple Text-Text Icon Creator

I select the font, the colors, the gradient...etc. but when I click to save it, it crashes. I tried a number of times but the app just shuts down, losing what I just created.

The jury is not out yet. I love the idea of this app but I have not yet actually been able to make an icon that is usable on my Samsung Galaxy S8. I'm assuming that it's not compatible with the stock device.

Now I remember why I uninstalled this app - it no longer works. Last updated seven years ago. Too bad; it was an absolutely amazing app at one time and there's literally nothing else on the market like it.

This app used to be the best... Like 7 or 8 years ago. But, as phones advanced the dev disappeared. I wish there were similar apps but I've yet to find any. One star. Don't bother.

Application quits everytime I try to save. If you're able to resolve this issue, I will gladly change this review.

Every single time I try to save the icon or style the app force closes. Uninstalling!

Very customisable but that brings the downside too - should be able to recognise as an icon theme pack from go launcher itself, if not what you have to do now is to create each icon for every app you wanna change. Should be able to recognise the app name and ask if you want a default text icon.

It's simple, powerful, and gives great results. There are some bits of the UI that could be easier to understand and some features that could be more exposed, but once you get the hang of it, you fly through icon creation. I do wish it was still getting updates to ensure future compatibility and to improve the UI, but as it stands, it works well.

A once-awesome app. Was a staple of my app toolbox and one of the top 10 that I downloaded whenever I got a new phone. But the dev has abandoned the app, so it no longer works with Android 6.0 or higher. A shame, too, since I'd have no qualms paying for it. R.I.P., Simple Text...

This worked initially then stopped as I was unable to link the icon to an action which previously had worked. I paid the donation thinking the app had limited free uses but no luck. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still doesnt work and ive got the ads back so it doesnt even know I have alteady paid. Developer please fix the bug or tell us what we are doing wrong

Great app, i love the options it gives you, it's slightly time consuming due to the text saving to your gallery and then having to assign each icon to the corresponding text you created. But worth it in my books. It just needs more fonts or give you the option to upload them.

Fantastic for modding and making home screen look clean and simple. However it no longer seems to work on marshmallow (galaxy s7). I am very very sad as there is nothing like this that can replace it. Please please fix then 5 stars. (I even bought pro)

Good app, but doesn't seem to progress with time. The user interface is cumbersome, with the icon preview burried at the bottom of the screen. Entering number values for things like Y/X Cordinates don't seem to allow enough room to actually see the value being entered. The option for saving your icon is not intuitive, and when you open a previously saved icon, the workspace seems to default to the default icon with that purple square. Hopefully this app will allow creating awesome icons with ease.

If you could make way to where we can create a large tile with text and it acts as a folder for items... Example I make a 4x1 tile that says social. Then when is tapped I can have a folder open with my social networks inside. Other than this... Amazing! I'll donate

I'm having regular problems with icons not saving, and none of my saved styles show up in the app. I actually like it other than these niggles, and I would pay for it, but as things stand it's more frustrating than anything else.
