Simple Tweet Reader for Twitter
(You never miss tweets due to threads being folded on Twitter.)
No "Who to follow", No "Trends" or No "Recommendation" shows.
Swipe to the right from the left edge of the screen, then you can change 'font-size', 'theme color' or 'Reading direction'. And you can hide 'Image/Video' attached to tweets.
You can save Videos (except for streaming).
When you touch the author's name or icon, User Timeline is displayed.
You can use search filters on each timeline.
If the app closed unintentionally when you were reading Home Timeline, the Tweet that was viewed is redisplayed as much as possible.
When you Tweet, Reply, Quote Tweet, or touch a hashtag (written with a # symbol) in the sentence, the Twitter official app is called.

Font type is annoying and hard on my eyes. Size can be changed but not type with this app. Developer spins this common complaint. It needs a heavier font and many different types to choose eg. tahoma, Arial, etc. Size of media can't be changed. App is limited to one twitter account only. Nobody has just one twitter account. Since this is a major limitation, I have to knock down 3 stars and one star for the display and media issues. Also error 429.👎 uninstalled
I love this app, it's brilliant. I've been using it for months but now I've got a new phone which is a Xiaomi Mi Note 10 pro and this app just won't work with it. It crashes as soon as I open it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and played around with the app settings but I just cannot get the app to open on this phone. I really hope the developer can get this sorted and I'd be happy to provide any assistance if needed. Edit: with the MIUI 12 software update this app is now working on my phone.
Issue 1 Progress circle keeps showing for unlimited time it's so annoying. Issue 2 After clicking on someone's username it displays all tweets and replies in "User Timeline" Please add option to remove replies from "User Timeline" because replies are being displayed without original tweet. Or make a reply displayed with original tweet. To display original tweet i had to click on "twitter link" but i don't want to leave this app everytime to just see the original tweet for a reply Thank you
New player is not an improvement.
This app is perfect for me. No more negative news and triggering 'trends' being shoved into my face. Also not being able to see the amount of likes and replies to tweets is fantastic. Thank you!
Finally!! Get rid of all the noise and actually focus on what the people you are following have to say. No retweets, no likes, no bs. (Only grudge is that every now and then color palette changes). Is there an ad free version that can be purchased?
Exactly what I was looking for !! Twitter experience minus the negativity. Had joined twitter for educational purpose and to follow handles that share knowledge. Thought of quitting twitter lately due to all the negativity but some of the information available there is also valuable. Now I use it with peace of mind.
Good idea but hard to read. It could use a heavier font. Reply to dev: Yes, it could use a heavier/darker font, not necessarily larger.
Excellent app. Enables one to see just tweets from people one follows without any extraneous stuff. So a simpler and cleaner experience
Perfect overall, but I miss something important. If there is a reply being replied, you cannot click the reply to see the full discussion.
Simple as it says does what it says it does. Let's may read the Twitter feed and when I go home I can catch up again on my PC. Pretty much where I left off. Give it a try

Great for when you just want to be antisocial and avoid the "swamp" that social media can be. Can also be used as a news aggregator.
Love it! Just wish there was an ad free version.

I Loved it
Good, I like it, but there is limited results of tweets during keywords search, 2 hours only, if you extend it upto one day will be useful.
