You also need a compatible launcher supported by KLWP/KWGT (for example, Nova launcher).
ADDING KOMPONENTS TO YOUR KLWP WALLPAPER
- Open KLWP editor
- Tap + icon and select Komponent
- Tap the 'Installed' tab
- Select 'SimpleCal' from the list
- Select calendar komponent
- Tap the save icon
- Return to homescreen
ADDING KOMPONENTS TO YOUR KWGT WIDGET
- Long press homescreen and drag a KWGT to it
- Tap on the Widget to open the KWGT app
- Create a new widget, or open a downloaded/exported preset
- Tap the 'Installed' tab
- Select 'SimpleCal' from the list
- Select calendar komponent
- Tap the save icon
- Return to homescreen and resize to suit

It would've been really nice to use, but certain aspects need to change to fit my theme... And it's protected from unlocking? Why? Now I have to look elsewhere..
