Randomly loses and recovers user data. Recorded information has limited use and fails to export when tasked to do so. The program functions as though it is a beta draft and is woefully lacking useful functionality.

Major con does not refund does nothing of no use to anyone
Rubbish. It doesn't tell you until after you pay that is for an older version phone and then the refund is refused
