Not letting me sign in it's trash app. Fix it or delete the app false advertisement of we have the insurance then we should have online access to this app with no problems, fix it please
This app doesn't work and is a waste of time... someone should feel pretty bad for making such trash but the insurance is garbage too tho
Keep getting error message when trying to log in. It's not the log in info. It's a red and black screen it says an unexpected error occurred. The a long list of codes.
Hate simply healthcare. They cover almost nothing and I don't like how hard it is to find a doctor or specialist. Give you a list of several doctors that supposedly accept simply only to call everyone of them to still not have a doctor that Accepts simply. Need to update your lists. I called 24 surgeons to no avail. You think we have nothing to do except staying on the phone all day?
It seems like everyone have the same problem, I called them they gave me username password when try to login it said the username and password not correct, I love the plain and all the benefice that come with it but, hey man you guys have to fixed this app please do.
I uninstalled apps so I could leave an honest review. Completely a runaround review. I was actually on a site that led me here. Worst ever. Never again. Please don't even contact me. The website was close to asking for a c.c number I stopped. AND BTW WHY COULD I OU REVIEW ON GOOE OF APP WAS INSTALLED? Thank GOD my bank knows me. F this app and the pppl working for it
It dosent let me put a password i tryed more than 10 time and it keeps rejecting everything i put. Wow how could i get so mad with an app all i had to do is eraseit problem solve. Fix it or take it out of here.
Millions negative stars for this non working app😡😡😡😡😡😡😡. It will not let me register and I have simply healthcare insurance. And it also will not let me sign in with my credentials from simply 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬uninstalling!! If I could give this app negative stars it would be a million negative stars. It doesn't work at all!!!!! Don't WASTE your time with this app!!!!!!!!!
The app is wonderful, easy to use and you can find everyone and everything you need. Great app
App is not up to date doesn't always work and doesn't display things properly
App doesn't recognise user name or password but if you go to the website it does something is wrong with the app
I try to log in and it is saying i am not a member when i am. This app sucks and i don't like it. You need to fix it.

Garbage. Quirky and often crashes.
It keeps giving me the website view and telling me to view on the app when I'm literally ON THE APP

This applications pretty much he doesn't work at all when you try to sign in and I run on phone support and everything and nobody can seem to figure out how to get it to work and I've tried signing it up from multiple phones and it always says my number ID's wrong when it's not very frustrating
If I could give zero stars, I would. This whole healthcare plan consists of lies & terrible customer service! If you look in the chart that comes with your 'welcome to medicaid' letter, it looks like a great plan on paper, but you have to be nigh to literally dying to access any services. The only positive things I can say about it is that it has deferred copays on medicine & you can choose who provides transportation to Dr's appointments. Otherwise, the whole plan is FAKE!!!
