Sarah and her family are amazing.. They are just REAL down to earth people with huge hearts. Love the live ladies - Cas & Haley- as well. They have referral codes, they do sales ALL the time, shipping is $7 and then free for 24hrs. And they process your order usually immediately or same day. Longest would be next day My only problems Ive had is customer service. Getting a response takes quite a long time. And bc they process orders so quickly...if you have any issues with an order..its too late.

Not good quality . Don't buy. The clothes look good on the models because they have these perfect bodies .. don't be fooled . It's a gamble with size. Fabric is not good ... you will be pulling your clothes all the time or looking frumpy. It's not even worth it to return it they take a huge chunk out of what you paid and there's a limit on how much you can return . Everything is overpriced for the quality . Better off going to a Nordstroms in person.

I am overall satisfied. Love the upgrade on the app. Makes it too easy to shop! Lol. It does get annoying when you are watching a replay and you have to leave to do something real quick, and come back to the replay and it starts over. And a few times I went to my cart and hit the payment method, so that I can update it, and it authorized my purchased. Customer service is usually helpful. This time they wouldn't help me and just said they would let comment sold know. Would not cancel order.

I had ordered an item but didn't I had already purchased minutes before. So sent a message immediately to ask for a refund but it took days for a response. Then was told I had to wait to receive it then get RMA# to send back. Then got message from Dahlia"Mommacorn" she was going to give store credit and asked what item I was wanting. She then said she was sending it "on the house" but used my store credit to pay for it. EVEN THOUGH THE ONE I WANTED WAS ON BLACK FRIDAY FOR 11.99 NOT 29.99!! 🙄🤬

I love watching your lives to see what unique pieces you have that I've seen nowhere else. The interaction with fellow shoppers and has always been positive and helpful. I like how the app is split up into the different sections like sweaters, jewelry, cosmetics etc. It makes finding what your looking for easier.

My 2 star review is specifically for the app only. I love the girls... they are cute, funny and entertaining. I love their live sales, size recommendations and clothes but this app needs improvement and I can't lie about that! This app Constantly freezes and lags A LOT :( would also like to see sort features and search categories. Like if I'm in sales link... be able to search blue shirts on sale. Hope this helps!

The app is very efficient to use. It makes shopping easier when time doesn't allow for watching lives in the FB group. I've used the app without any issues. The only change I would like to see is the ability to check out with the sezzle option as a method of payment.

This app is awesome! Makes it so easy to purchase items and pay fast. You can even search for items which is a plus for me, I hate when I'm unable to do that! Never crashes and is setup in an organized manner. 5 stars for sure!

Love this app and team! I didn't start shopping online until my friend told me about them and I have been "simply obsessed" since then. LOL. Their products are great, prices are affordable and the service is awesome! If you love shopping, I highly recommend them.

I refer to this place as Simply Stressful. After a year and over 120 orders never again. In July I waited 3 weeks for a package. I get the wrong package. I'm told that I have to go to the post office to return because they can't provide a return label even though it's their fault. They refund my shipping ($21) but it took two months to get ahold of someone to get my money back. I finally get all but 30 dollars in store credit. I was shorted $30 and never got my package.

I would say SO is pretty amazing. Kimmie is amazing! Shipping is pretty decent. And pricing not to bad. You can catch good deals if your patient enough to wait for a sale. Overall... a pretty cool company lots of fun! Negative side .. none that I can see ! Shop smart and pay for what you really want. Otherwise it will be bought by someone else.
