This app probably has the worst navigation of any app I have used. There is no rhyme or reason to it. No real main menu, took me a while to find where to click to get my results from my screening. The intro screen shows every time I open it. It would be nice it they would revisit their navigation plans to make getting around the various areas more fluid and less random.

Data synching is a bit of a pain. They should add on Google Fit, since that's free and pretty standard with phones, ensuring that more people have access to synch their steps and such each day. The app I previously used is no longer available, so now I have to input everything by hand. Other than that it seems to work okay.

As of the update on 2-11-2019, the app no longer tracks steps from Nokia. I decided to get a Fitbit Charge3 because it tracks a lot more than what Samsung health tracks and sends to Nokia, which then gets sent to Simply Well. Still a no go. I added the Fitbit and it wont fo a data pull from it either. Yes I have uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, and reinstalled it. I had other employees at work try to do a data pull and they are having the same problem. The Simply Well app is just worthles

Won't upload any documents or photos, which is the main reason I downloaded the app, so that's frustrating. I do like the ease of access to the different pages, looks just like the website. I've had no problems logging in or with the app crashing or forgetting my info.

After completing most of a lengthy questionnaire, the app crashed and now I cannot log in. When it starts, my only option is to register, and if I try to register it tells me I'm already registered and I should just log in, which it will not let me do. That was about half an hour wasted. I hope the website is better. UPDATE: If you give it a few minutes, it does let you log in and it does remember previous entries.

This is the worst app I have on my phone. It does not sync with Map my Run or Runkeeper. it is hard to get my rewards updated. Just lame. If I didn't need this to try and update for work discount, I would uninstall in a Nano second.

I'm supposed to use this app for work. Can't connect any device to it because when i click the button to add a device, it goes to a website that says "incorrect url, you must have typed it incorrectly". You need to make the app actually functional.

Since the update was done it wont't open. i Also it forgot who I am. Since my original review it will now not allow me to add my Fitbit. It erased the sync when our program ended in November. Now it sends me to a website that does not exhist.

How do i force a sync? It's been over 3 hours since it last updated, and I can't find any setting on the app. I have a challenge coming up and need to know all my efforts are being tracked correctly

after update it won't let me open app. Asks for address and phone number but won't do anything after I put it in. App needs fixing!! App works now, whatever update they did works again! App is always having issues. Doesn't work again.

after rebooting my phone and a password reset through viverae customer service, the app sort of works. not an easy navigation, but at least i can log in and it hasnt crashed again.

The app and website need to allow connecting to samsung health. It tracks my steps and I log info there, but none of it can be connected. really frustrating that they have an apple health option, but not Samsung

I cannot connect my Galaxy watch. It does not sync to Samsung health. Samsung is a major brand and I cannot believe you have not added it as a tool to pull data from

this is one one the worst apps I have ever used. it freezes all the time and is hard to navigate. there is a horrible lag time everytime u try to click on anything

How could you be missing Google fit? Trying link Fitbit it's asking for a lot more permissions than is necessary. After proceeding with the connections it just gives a generic failed error.

Will not add support for Samsung apps/devices and very poor support for Apple. Samsung and Apple make up the vast majority of the market, and yet no support for it, even though they claim on their website they support the most popular apps and devices. Get it together SimplyWell/Viverea. Listen to your members. Uninstalling now!!!

Trying to use this thing is ridiculous. I have to complete information on this for decrease in my insurance by $1000 but I can't access any of the articles or videos through the app or online to get the points to get my discount!! Terrible.

also can't open app after updating, login and then prompts for address and phone number but crashes everytime. Uninstalled and cleared cache made no difference.

Keeps crashing everytime I use the app I either can use it for like a min or it crashes right away. Even my phone says it frequently crashes.

unable to sync Samsung devices. seems like the only activities they want to include are steps. I am take taekwondo 2-3 times per week and cannot wear a counter. very dissapointed.

I understand it's an upgrade from Viverae and all accounts are not updated yet, BUT I need to reregister and it won't let me even after calling and the DOB need to be fixed so that you may enter it manually. Please help ASAP

Worthless apps. Cant sync with Samsung Health through Strava, MyFitnessPal, MapMyFitness and a list of others recommended by this app. No wonder its rated 1.8.

Cannot sync with Runkeeper app, if I open Runkeeper first then Simply well I get error "Something Went Wrong" Even when it was syncing it sync only Walking no running data sync up from Runkeeper

app has performance issues. can't connect to smart watch, click the button and it says i mistyped the URL.

App keeps crashing almost as soon as I finish logging in. The company I work for uses this for our healthcare challenges so we can get money off our premiums. This is literally costing me money out of my paycheck because I can't do anything.

This app has a lot of potential to do some good. However it's not updating (sync) like it should with the selected apps they provide

Is there a possibility of enabling a step tracker on this app? I average 18,000 steps on a work day that aren't being tracked because this app doesn't link to the app.

Not working at all with the new update. I can't see screening results or challenges anymore. Also get an automated machine saying you're closed at 1:10 pm on a Monday

doesn't offer connect to Samsung Health. so my phone that counts steps will need some step counting app just to be able to make useful.
