Very worst experience. I don't suggest this app to a person who needs quick transactions. Your amount will be deducted from your account and will not delivered to th other account mostly. When you call to the helpline they said the link is down and the amount will be returned in few days. Pathetic app, I trust on it for 3 times but now disappointed alot. Finca needs to update there system as soon as possible otherwise the people uninstalled this cheap app.
Excellent app and money transfer solution. Just a problem, after the recent UI upgrade, have to press fingerprint icon to login through fingerprint. As previous, it should already be there. Means at login screen it should accept either login option without pressing any further button. What's the ease of fingerprint if one has to move his hand again and again. Hope this will be resolved
When you open movie ticket or marketplace or anything which needs to load. This app makes sure that i watch the loading animation all the way to the end, which is stupid. User should be able to navigate back whenever he wants and not wait for the loading to finish. Yours truly
Good App, but highly inconsistent. I am a regular user of this, especially in ticketing for intercity travel. Now the entire ticketing subsection is absent. Cannot access buses or movie tickets since two weeks now. Can you please advise. Neither does your helpline pick up.
When we have to do any transition. We fill all the fields then it ask to login . And we have to fill again. Please fix this bug. Ask password at starting. This bug occur after updating this app. Previously it was working fine .
App interface is pathetic doesn't looks like a Banking App. I can't see Bank reference in the app its more like an app from a web developer who's trying to impress people with his skills. App is not user friendly, got difficulties during sigup with DOB selection but issue resolved promptly from the helpline guys. Signup should more user friendly.
In the beginning of Finca app, I used this app for bill payments of my mobile. Two times it has deducted amount from my account but It never credited to my mobile balance. I approached the concern dept as well and they said they will pay me back but they never did.
App does not allow to register other user on the registered device.. I think it's not a good option because branchless banking is normally done by primary class people every body don't have smartphone for registration.. simsim should think about it. To expand theier business.
Many problems. 1. I transferred amount from my bank account to simsim wallet, amount was not transferred. I had to call on helpline to raise the issue, I got money in my simsim wallet after 15 days. 2. I ordered an item from simsim, got faulty item, opened dispute on app, no resolution even after 6 months. Now, they have removed my order from order-list. SimSim is only good if you are lucky, if you encounter any issue there will be no satisfactory resolution. No customer service at all.
It is scam. They stole my amount. And when i reported to customer care. They blocked my account. After calling to the helpline services the person told me i don't even have an account with my cnic and mobile number. I'm shocked, i did transactions from that account and now they are saying that it is not available in their database. Do not download this useless app.
terrible support. sent them atleast 5 requests for a call back using the option within the app but they never call. i phoned them on their helpline and was told this cant be and they always call their customers. nevertheless my account was blocked without any reason and is not being activated i dont know why. i phoned and was told the problem will be resolved in 2 days its been like 5 days and i still can use the account. horrible service. dont use it
Liers, they called me to create / complete account. I asked if i can make international payments to which thry said yes. I created and added money to simsim wallet to make an international payment that never seccessful. I call them to ask whats wrong and they then said we do not support international payments. Seriously? They lied just so people creste accounts? Wasted my time and day. Went to ATM to charge the account and that was another waste of time and i used ubl omni to charge wallet. Worst App for their service.
It's a useless app.....not good for remittance transactions or donations etc.....if any issue arrive then banking help line also poor not resolve customer issues.....I'm facing facing wallet account blocking problem more than 1 month still issue not resolved.....how can u justify to ur customer or recommend to use ur banking app??? It's a useless app nowadays
Must have. Better than easypaisa uspaisa and all the apps in the market. Of course it's new and may have some bugs but the team is working hard to improving it day by day. Also if u face any problems just contact them and they will sort it out for u. Also u can send money for free !
its surprised me when i get this application that it covered all my activities about recharge, paying bills, transfer money to any other bank account, etc. its really wonderful but deposit from credit card i didn't see the option. for deposit in this wallet credit card opption is easy and secure. please tell me can i deposit from any other bank's credit card. ?
A typical 3rd class Pakistani company. Created account just now and completed all requirements. Uploaded picture as well as CNIC front and back and got confirmation that my account is created. Now when I login and click on my account number to view detail then app logs me out. Then I have to enter PIN again and clicking on account number again logs me out. Clicking on "Upgrade Limit" button shows error "Your session has been expired".
3rd class useless app. As soon as I login and click on "upgrade limit", I get error message "Your session has expired". I have closed app several times but same issue.
The app is very good with great features. I am not getting OTP while setting up on new mobile. My number is ported out too. Can you please help to get OTP?
Add Otp feature to make it more secure. Other than that app works great. Just need to have additional security measures to avoid fraud or scammers.
There is a problem in this app I already verified my mobile number and logged in but after every 5 to 10 seconds mobile verification screen opens even when app is minimized but automatically it opens and show that same screen, so much irritating..
Sim Sim & Finca good job👍 But here I found an error in the app while applying for Debit Card. When I apply Card it's ask to choose nearest Finca Bank Branch, which I unable to choose. Need to fix this issue may be many customers being disappointed due to this error. Thanks
this is a third class app it promises something but fails to do it. for the last two months i have not been able to pay my children's fees because the app malfunctions. whenever i try to pay for something it hangs. moreove when i launch a complain they ask me my mobile number but fail to contact me. rubbish app rubbish company
At the end service is Pakistani.. so what can you expect from this patwari nation. I made account some months back. Then didn't use it. Today again installed app and try to sign in.. there we no such option. Then went to sign up Option which comes Automatically in start of app.. after giving data it says "mobile no. Or cnic already exists".. o idiot people.. if it exists why is there no sign in option to retrieve my old account. Bunch of patwaris made this app for sure.
I don't know what happens.. 3 out of 4 time when someone transfer amount to my simsim it got deducted from their bank account but amount was not transferred to my simsim.. why there is issue with simsim .. while transactions made by them to other banks are successful at the same time ..
Best App....I am using it for more than 2 years i think...never experienced any prob. but for last 2 months in recent updates its totally collapsed...very bad updates....not stable one....
It's all fraud. Just to capture new clients they offer loan without interest but when they credit into the account they deduct the interest amount first and whether have you used their money or not you have to pay the interest
It's a very good app need of today most of the microfinance bank don't have this kind of app and most important thing is reliability we didn't feel insecure while using this app hope so you will improve this app.
