Incredible game! I couldn't have asked for anything more from the sequel to my favorite mobile game! *Spoilers ahead* The evidence scanning mechanic was great for repeated playthroughs, and I love that they unlock new dialogue options! The timed dialogue was cool but felt a little too short at times. Fantastic job! I would love to see anything you guys do in the future, and if you need a beta tester, I'd be more than happy to!

This game has been really fun so far! I've played through a few times to get different endings... I've noticed some bugs though. If something pops up, like a new notification, but you're already clicking on something else, the whole game will freeze. It's happened so often that rn I'm stuck on a part that I've had to restart several times and it always freezes after I go through the whole "scene", being forced to start it all over again. Hopefully it gets patched soon!

I haven't finished the game yet, but I am already very annoyed by the lack of manual saving. I play this game on and off, and after a bit of time combing through chats and files and tagging clues for warden, I was very annoyed to discover that when I logged back on, my 30+ minutes of progress had been undone. Please include a manual save system of some kind. The game is great otherwise.

Amazing game that I just finished my first run for~ Looking forward to trying again for a better outcome. Though, some minor bugs - making buttons difficult to access after certain intentional "glitches" or... something appearing to be missing in a section of police files?? Won't be too specific, since I don't wanna spoil anything! I personally can't wait for those things to be sorted out, because I loved the game and can't wait to see what all it has to offer at its fullest potential!

Simulacra 2 ups the production values significantly from the first two games. It has its fair share of issues and glitches (my game wouldn't progress at one point, but a recent update fixed it), but overall it's a fun and engaging mystery. The story is well written and executed. After how disappointed I was with Pipe Dreams, this felt like a real return to form.

All things considered, I enjoyed the game & think it's worth the money. It's evident that the creators put a lot of effort into it, and it's quite immersive. Unfortunately, the in-game dialogue falls short. Much of the time, the exchanges feel vague or the response doesn't quite match. The generated replies also fall short at times, making the conversations feel super forced. I also experienced 2 bugs: the game glitched and froze after unlocking a clue, and one save did not correctly save.

An improvement over 1 in so many ways. I adore the first game, however I felt that it was too short and my choices didn't matter. Well, that changed real quick! Everything you discover and say has an impact in Simulacra 2. The UI is alot nicer, and the story was amazing to say the least. I really admire how every game since Sarah is Missing has improved in at least one way, and I'm ecstatic to see what else they have planned! If you're debating whether to pick this up, I'd go for it.

Loved it! Still a few minor kinks to work out. Sometimes the bottom phone buttons, or scrolling through media files buttons do not work. Despite that, very creative game. Very engaging, just the right amount of challenge, spooky without heavy reliance on jump scares. I had a lot of fun playing it. Enjoyed the bad endings and the good one ! Thanks for another fun game!

I'm a very fast reader but the timed texts are literally impossible to do. I don't even have time to read them, let alone choose, before I'm out of time. It's incredibly frustrating. When this is fixed, I'll bump up my rating up to 4 stars. On another note, in the category of they can't fix it now but I hope they'll keep it in mind for the future, the devs choice to have a teaser/trailer/whatever between the first scene and the actual phone screen was incredibly immersion breaking.

This's an interesting game and I love how the conversation changes based on how you approach it. I only had 3 issues. I think it should have speed setting for quick time events. People with motor issues wouldn't be able to get the "good" ending. Entering information is also difficult because you need to write it down or have good memory. And *spoiler* I was disappointed that even though you get a clue about them knowing that the phone was wiped if you don't answer, it doesn't change anything

(slight spoiler) Really enjoying the game but can't progress past the Maya turning around in the phone to face you after speaking to the group chat. I can get to the point where the glitching is at its worse but then the cut scene just doesn't end. I've tried clicking on everything and even tried just letting it sit for ten minutes. I put all the visual settings on the lowest available. I really enjoy the game but I cannot progress past this point :(

A big glitch stopped me from progressing but that's been patched now. The game is good but it's nowhere near as good as the first one. In the original it felt like you actually had someone's phone and had to go through it for clues. In the sequel there's far too much acting which takes away from the concept. I'm not saying it's a bad game, just that the presentation/acted scenes ruins the illusion of it being a found phone game

The game is great! The story is really fun and is definitely worth replaying However there is a slight issue with saving, you can't save automatically it saves when it thinks it should save, and a lot of saves are long parts from each other (besides at the end of the game) causing some lost progress here and there. The progress loss isn't terrible though and can definitely be looked passed to enjoy the game.

Great continuation of the first game. All the silliness of the writing and acting is still there, but the scares and tense atmosphere really draw you in. The greatly expanded branching story makes replayability much more rewarding than before, and the scanning mechanic offers up more variation in conversations. I'd recommend buying it somewhere else if you have an older phone, though, as it's got pretty high requirements and crashed a few times on my older Galaxy.

Great game with intriguing story! Loved the first one but I found this buggy as hell, sometimes the buttons aren't working besides the hint menu and if you exit or had a forced close at certain checkpoints it won't let you obtain the next evidence (happened to me during the Rachel part, where she stays online but wasn't sending the second clue). The back button needs to be touched multiple times. I had to restart few runs to progress the story and now entirely gave up until they fix this bug.

The characterizations were nuanced among the characters who are deeply flawed yet not beyond redemption. The gameplay is definitely worth playing a few more times to get a better understanding of everyone's psychology. Marsterful effects. Immersive story. High-octave stakes. Has a great message about the paradox of the modern technology's scope of influence. Black Mirror-esque. Always looking forward to new projects. Simulacra mythos deserves more exposure and installments. A worthy purchase!

I've been enjoying the game and really want to give it 5 stars but there are some issues. I installed it today so it's up to date. My biggest issue is how little time you get to choose replies. I consider myself a fast reader, but there is no time to read the responses, so I have to pick one where I've only seen a key word that MIGHT fit what I want. My other issue is that my phone died while playing and when I restarted, Rachel's chat froze so I can't move on, meaning I need to restart.

Like its predecessors (SIM, Simulacra and Pipe Dreams), Simulacra 2 has great potential as a story telling game in the line of other "found phone" games. Unfortunately, immersion is the only way that found phone games can work, and it's entirely broken in Simulacra 2 by the litany of bugs and broken mechanics. After roughly 20 minutes, the phone controls stopped responding, making the game unplayable. That was enough right there for me to regret paying for the game.

The game is great so far but I keep running into an issue where the game won't respond to my touches and then it takes, me way back when I exited to a checkpoint I was pretty far past. And even redoing everything still leads to complications. It comes up to show Greg as a name and that they're online but nothing happens, I can't click anywhere, they have no picture, I can't reply, nothing and when I exit the game to try fixing it takes me so far back and making progress forward is hindered.

Loving the game so far, however there are a few issues in the current patch. Firstly the game will just up and ignore any input if something happens while you are doing something else, for example getting a call from blank while decoding a file. And it throws you out of the experience, hopefully you guys will be updating this more and i'll continue to love it all the same. A+ story work guys.
