SINC Workforce - Employee Time Clock

SINC Workforce brings employee data collected from the field, back to your home base where you can leverage it to generate detailed reports, run payroll more accurately, improve job profitability and help reduce risk across your business by reducing disputes and legal actions. We provide a digital audit trail of where your workforce was at any given time, what jobs they were working on, what cost codes they were working, who was responsible for marking project tasks complete and every note and image uploaded from the field or the office.

Chose from either the free plan which includes the time clock and employee tracker features but limits you to a maximum of five users or go for one of our paid plans that include our project management and staff scheduling.

All plans include access to both the mobile apps and the web version of SINC for true cross-platform, cloud-based access and our offline-first approach means that if you find yourself without an internet connection, your device will store data locally until a connection is established.

They have put most options behind a subscription, I loved this app when it first came out but now it continually forces to get a subscription. While I understand needing to make money I would rather endure ads than pay monthly for yet another thing I can't afford. On to the next app unfortunately, but if you can afford to pay it looks to be a good app and from what I used it was nice.

I love this app! It's awesome! After trying the alternatives, SINC is hands down a far better product, far far easier to use and understand, and at a much better price. Isn't that what we're all ultimately looking for? It clears up so much time for me and allows me to use that valuable time in other areas...less confusion, less stress, more valuable time...also just want to add that Sam is an awesome guy and a straight shooter. I really like working with that kind of people! :-)

Terrific app! I was looking for something user friendly, cost efficient with location-based info. This checked all the boxes and then some! I've reached out twice for tech support (more for tweaking the app. Not actual issues with functionality) and Sam helped me both times in a matter of minutes! Seriously impressed with the customer service/support. I highly recommend this app!

By far one of the best cost effective tools for my business ! Accurately log labor cost, materials, and other expenses. Admin feature is easy to use and the support is available when iI need them. The developers get a gold star on usability and simplicity. It's versatile, any company can and should use it. They even took time to hear a feature request I had. Luckily they already had a plan for my needs and are looking to add more features to suit my buisness.

6/21 Update After having used Sinc in our company for the last 3 years, we are more satisfied than ever with the functionality of the app. With workers hours apart that we often don't personally see for weeks, timekeeping has gone from being a constant headache to a breeze. The app is constantly being updated with new features that almost always work seamlessly right from release with few bugs or issues. Customer support is incredible, fast, and helpful every time. Definitely worth the cost!

Won't cancel my subscription. I have request this account to be canceled via Google and the company and they keep taking the funds out of my account. I haven't used this app since 2020 and ever month they debit my account. I contacted the company and was told the account can only be canceled via Google but a whole year later they are still taking my money. 3 will do a review every week from now until I get my funds back or my lawyer tells me to stop. Thank you

This easy to use app is perfect for a variety of reasons. It's inexpensive, super easy to navigate, and takes all the work out of calculating time sheets. I love that it is super versatile and can be used by independent workers or for a company with many employees. They are also great because they offer the bare necessities free of cost. This is by far my favorite time sheet app I've used.

This is a great app. I personally got tired of seeing my helper trying to take advantage and change hours worked on the calendar. Finding this app made life so much easier. Sign in and sign out. If they want to change anything they need to submit a request for approval. Way less of a hassle. Great job to the developers for this app and thank you for making one of life's obstacles easier.

This app is a life saver. It is very easy to use . I've been using it for over a year and had no problems with it. All my hourly employees clock in and out with a simple swipe. Adjusting shifts is easy and requires a manager approval so nothing goes unnoticed. GPS tracker is another feature I like. Highly recommended program

I use the free part of this app and I love it. The guys were claiming hours that were not legitly worked. On this app I can tell where they're at when they clock in. I've been using it for about a year now and we've probably saved hundreds of man hours. I'm not sure about the payable part where you get all the extras but I know the little bit that you get for free is great.
