I've had this app for years now, but for some reason most of the orders I have placed have been cancelled AN HOUR after placing the order and always for the same reason, no one picks up the order. At first I thought it was because the busy times, but it has happened many times and I'm done. This used to be my go to app for ordering food, but I think I'm better off with other apps.
i used to love this app. but still I am giving it one start (if possible I would like to give -1 star) Because of my experience with the customer support team. today I have received incomplete order. when I called the customer care number, they asked me to send an email to sindelantal which I did without any delay. but still I didn't get any response from them. they didn't even refund the partial amount. i have faced problem with their customer service before as well. I will never use this app
What I did not like the most was I couldn't rate the restaurant nor change the rate this app set. I wanted to rate 1 or 2 stars the restaurant and this app set 4 stars, which is completely misleading for future customers. Also, would be nice one could comment about each restaurant and read comments and recommendations from other customers, in this sense, Google maps is way better to decide where to eat.
Absolutely horrible. So many meals never arrived, then you have to call and report it for them to cancel, and then they dont return your money. Multiple orders were incomplete or wrong and nlthing is done about it. Worst of all the delivery services for sure!
It's functional. It doesn't not work like uber eats, instead it only works with restaurants that already have delivery service. So yeah, it's delivery service of limited restaurants close of your area. It works.
I had issues with an order and I tought it wasnt gonna be resolved because I didnt received a response or ticket number, however in less than a day they accepted my claim and I got my money back through a refound (not a coupon) on my card 3 days after that (but lets be honest, that was on the bank, they did an amazing work!) so I am now satisfied and happy with them, good food, fair price and fast resolution.
Works great... Until you have a problem. There is no way to call them; you can only send a message, and who knows when they will get back to you. Real delivery times are often much longer than the time stated in the app. It's cheap for a reason folks--no one will care if you get screwed.
Debe ser más fácil cambiar el medio de pago al hacer un pedido en lugar a regresar al principio. There can be a dozen or more notifications every day which is tiresome and the offers are not easily made effective and sometimes difficult to find
It's actually a good app to get some snacks and drinks. But there's a problem regarding the home delivery services. Not about the app, but the restaurants inside the app
Service is very bad. Ive had very low customer service the fee you and still cancel your order 1 hour after you ordered it. I would give no stars but im not able to. Rappi has much better service and well id recomend that more. Hope you can better the service soon. I wont be using your service.
Sometimes the app is not in contact with the restaurant, so your order is going to arrive late. The coupons and promos are great.

Ads and notifications can be very annoying, otherwise, pretty good. Great selection of restaurants.
Good app for local Mexican food, it has promotions almost every day, the backwards is that some restaurants with high score aren't as good as the people said. But just ask for normal food and drinks and that's it.
This is the only delivery food app which works where I live. It's a shame it will be out of business in Mexico the next month. I'll remember as the best delivery food app.
It tells me that the restaurant is closed. It is not. It is a popular chain, open for five hours more. It claims that I can use PayPal, then says I can't every time I try. Uninstalled.
Finally I can eat the foods I want! Very reasonable pricing. I am also very happy they keep expanding their service to different communities. As of last month their service wasn't yet accessible to my "Colonia", but now that it is, I am able to enjoy my communities various foods despite not having a vehicle. Thanks SinDelantal!!!!
This app allows you to pay when it wants to, I havent been able to order since theres always a problem with the payment method, and of course there is no other option to pay
It's functional when you don't want to drive to get some dinner , nice menu, clear and easy to use.
I know this is not the apps fault but a lot of my orders have been cancelled and you don't realize until you see it, you don't get a notification or anything like that :/ that's why I'm giving it 4 stars
Horrible. Who was the genius who had the "amazing" idea to login with MOBILE NUMBER AND EMAIL. They send an email confirmation that doesn't work. GENIUS. It also says it doesn't send spam, sure, it Only sends spams.
Great food delivery app! Constant use unlocks a coupon. Good service and cuisine diversity. Absolutely recommend.

Took longer than it said it would. When the person came he said it was NOT my food and that it was another person who would deliver my food. My Spanish is bad so I asked him to slow down, he didn't. He left. I tried to call the restaurant, not a good number. He came back with food but this whole process took almost 2 hours. I will stick with Uber Eats. I may pay more, but I get my food on time and with less confusion.

You get the lower prices at the cost of your time. I thought maybe there was something wrong with the restaurant, but after I tried in 5 different places, only 1 made it on time. Even though my last order was made with one hour of anticipation (so my food could be sorta on schedule), it took more than two hours to be delivered. MORE THAN TWO HOURS! Getting back to other apps, I rather pay more but eat ON TIME than order and who knows when I'm gonna eat...
