1. Under holding an option of getting quote needed. one cant just click on add more without researching the volumes and moving averages 2. Reports dont show individual script level brokerage and taxes. a consolidated Brokerage for the day is shown 3. Weekends after loging into the app it mis guides to the highest possible extent. portfolio is all messed up 4. while buying a script the pricing text field doest take the first digit. one needs to type in twice 5. stocks settlement takes time

I have studied many mobile apps. Apps is good but feature are missing on chart. Chart must be friendly for the traders. There is no option to see or compare with previous day chart like previous one day, weekly chart, monthly chart etc and no drawing tools to marks on chart. Kindly add this feature & drawing tools which will be helpfull for traders, and compare momentum of chart with previous price ranges ..

App not the best one, it's ok only. Whenever we order in BO it will execute in Market price which suppose to be in Limit order. It s worst for those who place order based on certain price range. Same way the refresh also having issue. Need to improve the app for more stability. Need to improve customer care also for better performance. Except mobile app issue remaining services are better.

Useless development why? Every trader wants both mobile app login and windows web login on system at the same time Unless u can't provide it it's useless, don't say security problem People have their own login and passwords they should be able to login into both devices at the same time it helps trade better understand Look at zerodha they provide both mobile and web login at the same login Regarding tradesmart once u login into Mobile app , web logs off.. nonsense development

For the new version. it does not have proper charts. Many scripts charts are not provided. it often works slow.

New update on charts is not working properly. prices are not updated realtime on charts. some previous days data is also missing and candlesticks formed are not appropriate. kindly resolve this issue.

Please be aware this broker overcharges in the Bill. First they round off the STT to the nearest rupee & again they round off the bill total in their favour which is extra charges to the clients. In my dealing with other share brokers i have not come across any such rounding up in the bill value & it is charged at actuals. thanks for the changes made in your system, as it is the general practice in broking business.

Genuinely it's better app as compare to other app for trading purpose. To easy to view order,netposition,holding & watchlist bcz it's available at bottom navigation itself. I have used multiple broker's app but my favourite one is Sine(vns).(YMHJ181)

Instead of loading entire watchlist again and again. can you keep data in cache and load from cache. because it took timr to hit server and get data again. timr is money in market. every second is important.

Faltu app Can't take stock option In time it reject all orders ,,it's simply waste ...simply reject all -calls during 9 to 930 am ..why this happens always. I saw your comment... Hey but your app load like anything takes 1 minutes to display the contents till that time i lost the moment to trade.... Better develop the app service else provide decent platform.. Improve your value , improve service towards clients for mutual satisfaction. Wish you - Good hard work dont Believe destiny.

User interface is not so impressive. Too slow to work. Infact tradesmart lite version is alot better.

Screeners are not effective. Can provide few filters tab in the screeners. More over sorting should be percentage wise. Hope you fix it easily and soon.

Chart study in this App is not comfortable. Croshair does not work properly and not convenient as like Upatox or Zeeodha. More Improvement required. Moreover every Saturday and Sunday if we visit portfolio it show Nil which gives lots of tension to investor. Means No portfolio holdind inspite of having stocks.

Third class app. Very slow. Start for open at 9.15 am but open 12.30. Today also the same situation. In normal days it is running very slow. I am going to be switched off and transfer my portfolio to others.

Good product and relatively fast enough but lots of minor bugs to be fixed. One request you to add total brokerage and the other charges in total amount invested in "holding" and calculate P/L occordingly.

always have issues in application, pathetic app. Login issues, logout issues, trade issues...I have been using it for almost 2 years and got pathetic experience.

I think this is one of the best apps out there.. Its almost same as fyers app.. Only it they can provide vertical chart viewing.. It will beat Zerodha in charting as well.. Amazing power packed app.. Really liking it

Using this app from the past three years login id YHAJ02 but now when I updated this app my net position shows wrong always and order book shows blank some other account netposion shows in my account please do the needful and fix this bugs

Pathetic. Not getting real time rate. Lagging in between. Even u use website on PC or laptop. U got only 3.5 ratings (means many area needs to improve) but still there is no update available. Amazing.

it is a worst app, if we forget password it will show hell, no email it will sent when we click forget link if we reset login in another browser, in app login won't come, totally it's a failed app with worst waste features, I won't recomand to anyone I wasted my initial 400 rupees for this account

You can't even reset password if u forgotten thru mobile app See how problematic, it's just dummy actions no response on reset thru app I hope if there is any developer can talk to me i can explain all the problems that are not able to figure out I can put a maintenance and proper development document for u team

Very confusing interface for app and there is option of overnight instead of deliveries... Please make it simple app and do testing on before release. Thank you

App is very slow. Huge tuning & update is required. Compared to other peers...SINE app is half a decade behind.

4 digit pin facility should be added for fast login. Sometimes app get hangs and need to restart. but it takes a long time to login.

Not user friendly app. Works like DOS. Needs login again and again. Also buying and selling is not user friendly. Mtm shown is wrong for 2 buy and one sell position. Please make it fast like zerodha app.

While putting order there should be live market display and script overview on order page.So,we can get the idea for making right trade. Now there is only order details on the order page.

Not working at all. Most of the times giving error as Oops!! Something went wrong. Because of this many customers will be loosing there valuable money.
