With recent updates app freezes and randomly terminates. Scan in with QR code then may or may not be able to record sign out events. This app is effectively non-functional
The idea of your app is fantastic, but it would appear Android/Samsung phones don't pick up the check-in as readily as iPhones. My Samsung A5 doesn't check me in our out, 7 to 8 times out of 10; and all my other Samsung friends are in the same boat! Please resolve this issue and I promise, a far more positive review will follow. Thank you.
It literally doesn't work. I'm stood 3m from the check in point and it's saying no sites near. What usually happens is in about 30 minutes it will tell me I'm near a check in point, it's completely useless and a waste of space on your phone.
Detects when Im close to work and I can check in. However 60 secs later will auto checkout with no explanation. Cycle repeats 7 to 8 times then will stay checked in for rest of the day. Very frustrating when needed for work Are there any settings i can use to improve stability? Samsung S7E.
Terrible, just returned errors, wasted my time trying to use, hopeless
Does not log in each time which it's to time consuming on arrival.
App kept claiming that i needed to verify email, which was done 6 times, when i recieved sms to verify phone, app tried accessing my sms messages, while i was trying to get it working three other drivers complaining is keeps crashing and all sorts of wierd stuff similar to comments listed previously here
Can't give an opinion the app because I can't even download the app. It just sits on pending when I try to download. Could it be my samsung S7 is to old for the app?. Yes I have service. Regards Phill. Update, for some reason my google play app had to be reinstalled, Worked fine after that. Thanks.
Its required, okay. "check-out" should happen automatically once you are no longer on site.. especially leaving after 2pm. It's a no brainer. It's a chore to do every day, why do we need to open it twice?
Once again woolworths the bully forcing drivers and contractors to use there app or they can't enter . Last I knew My phone is for my personal use paid for with my money and not for work related buisness. My company supplies a fixed phone in the truck so I dont need to use my personal property . Anyway As I'm being forced to use your app so I can keep my job . I need tech support as it won't let me sign up says email already in use
Easy install, set up, log in and check in, but I can never check out. Whether it's to scan out or check out. I have to force stop the app in settings
Why it's just not working on my Android.. Can't sign in or sign up at all. Always tell me something went wrong, never worked even once.
Easy to use. Great to be able to simply check into my work place etc. then not have even worry about checking out.
Broke the exact thing the last update tried to fix. Unable to check-in since the app keeps crashing after I scan the QR code
Don't bother. Chews the battery as it never can be switched off or modify any app permissions.

Been good app to use, would like to be able to upload other cards like blue card.
this app needs lots of improvements , doesn't automatically log u off site when leaving & u should b able to log onto site without the QR code

Poor. Tells me I can't sign in and to check my connection.. connection is fine.
uses up too much data for me, $20 in one week is unacceptable, so i uninstalled untill changes are made
Logs you off automatically. Says incorrect login details even when you reset password and put in the exact password.
