This app needs a major UI/UX upgrade for every section of the app. It's not reliable nor fast.
very poor customer service ,when you buy singer product using app really they send product without necessary accessories, when we try to complain they disappointed us, When you buy singer product think twice...
I ordered prestage nonstick pan from them. I contact their customer service number for help but they did nothing. Waste the time.
The app requests permission to access device images which I feel is not required. And if denied it does not show up any products.
This app doesn't work at all. Most of the time it doesn't load but when it does it's frozen. Fix this app.

very bad service .. we bought orbitrack from there mabola ,wattala branch.. after 1 month its got break. we informed that they took 3 weeks to come to see.. after 3 weeks that man told have to change the nail. to change the nail they took again 3 weeks. after it cant change have to replacement. they told us we will collect the machine again not yet they reach to our place. we r waiting .. we called so many times.. very bad customer service..

Very poor products. Never purchase online. No one is there to undertake the responsibility of not working products. Maintainance within warranty period is so disgusting. Even after repair, still my rice cooker is not working. No person answer customer care hotline calls. Extremely poor product and services. If I could I would give zero star rating. Some how thanks Pitakotte branch for kind service.
