Horrible!! They just charged me when I paid for first time my membership 3 times after 30 minutes, I tried to call costumer service and I was for more of 25 minutes, then I hung up, I sent an email and I didn't have any answer, I just talked to my bank and they will open a case against them, definitely I feel like they just took advantage of my credit card number, an advice for all people who already have the membership or will for, be sure to change or cancel your credit card after that.

Struggling to give this one star. Can't login to my account via the app. Keeps saying invalid username and password when I know it's right because it works in a browser. App also says to check network connection when I have full signal with WoFo and 4G. Can't create a new account with the app because it won't accept any form of password.... terrible app!

Wish I could give ZERO stars The so called "messages" were a con to get money. The "messages" include when someone views your profile - FYI NOT A MESSAGE 😡 then after saying NO to people they STILL come up as matching yet DON'T match my preferences. Why fill out what your looking for when you matched with opposite. Plus most people "matched" are not only opposite of my preferences but also LONG distance (many different states). Also your "password" never seems to work.

I setup my accout with no problems and was able to remove the auto renewal easily enough. Let's see if I get any connections. The price is really good for 3 months. 4 stars for now.

False advertisement. It is deceptive to advertise that it is free but then won't allow the usage of basic features without payment. I would give this app a zero star rating if I could. I have completely removed my profile and uninstalled the app!!

just terrible. it would not let me put anything for a password at all! said nothig was a valid password. i tried capital letters, numbers, underscores perioda everything that makes a valid password and it wouls take nothing at all! almost the same with the username. would not recomend this app. yall need to fix this problem.

ZERO STARS why? (1) mobile app is rubbish, wont allow me to update bio sections (2) NOT FREE, ok let me clarify signing up and uploading your pics is free -which only benefits the company to flauny that they have X-members, however as a patron you have no way of utilizing any feature beyond browse without paying. so its tinder but you cant see messages or reply. (3) the interface is not user friendly and unattractive, too many issues all around. THE JUICE IS NOT WORTH THE SQUEEZE HERE

although I live in Arizona 90% of the people this app show me live out of Arizona. the app only shows me the same 20 or 30 people over and over and over again no matter how many times I say not interested they keep showing back up. I truly believe this app is just a money-making scam to get your money no real connections only made because they don't give you anybody near you. this app should be renamed looking to date people nowhere near me.

Worse app ever! The men are in other states...one pic or no pic profiles which is creepy...this app really needs a lot of work since they don't narrow it down to at least the state you live in ...smh..don't recommend this app definitely not worth trying

Can not sign up or log in. I go to create a new login and says my email is aleady in use. I must have created an account with my email a while ago and I dont remember my password so clicked on the link and said it it would send an email to me to change/reset it and have checked all my mail folders and no email. Would really like to be able to use this app being as im a single parent looking for the love of my life who is hopefully another single parent. Please help

SCAM!!!! I literally just paid the $40+ and now it's saying my email is invalid. I went through the desktop site and it won't let me upload pictures. It's been 10 minutes and already I want my money back! A week later and STILL nothing. They pretty much just STOLE my money. THIEVES!!!

I couldn't change anything, not my about settings, my profile, my introduction, nothing and customer care was absolutely useless. I even tried going on the website directly but the login information didn't match. I can't even deactivate my account now so I just deleted it.

this app is no good. first thing first i paid for a membership and it wont let me update or change ANYTHING on my profile, it wont even let me add a photo to my page and when i do it disapears a few mins after and just wont keep it on there.

No good The password setup is really weird and it wont let you use FB for a profile pic or linking but gives you the option.? Once in you can search bit no msgs or flirts without paying.

kept telling me that there was a problem with registration so assuming. it is the username and since I can't use special characters or numbers not going to spend hours trying to put in a name that isn't already taken.

There are no password requirements listed. So I had to Google them, and it still would not accept multiple attempts to create a password. I would have loved to try this site, but I never got that far!

Have to scroll back over 400 months manually to choose birthdate, won't accept the password to sign up but there are no listed password conventions. You're bleeding potential revenue, nobody wants to work this hard with easier competition.

I have used 4 credit cards to start subscription and it will not accept any of them. If I have to jump hurdles just to send a message or see a flirt, nevermind. Make your site sanity compatible please! Back to Tagged that's free....

Didn't even get through the setup. Only lets you scroll through calendars to get to your birthdate.. can't select it / type it in. removed. bye.

Kept saying my postal code was invalid. Wouldn't even use my GPS, even though my GPS is working just fine. App has been around for a while, not sure how they get new users if it doesn't work at all.

Great app... Better than many others and easy easy easy to use. No glitches... Excellent price along with reasonable options. Pretty awesome.

I immediately uninstalled it after trying to set up an account. When they ask for your birthday you're not able to manually enter it. You have to scroll back to your dob one month at a time. Such a pain.

Needs the live chat option in the app and just not on the website. I get chat messages and get no notifications of them unless I log on the website which defeats the point of having the app.

Just created a profile and tried to upload a few more pictures... it froze and now it wont let me log in. I put in my info and tap the login button and nothing happens.
