The singlecue app will allow you to:
- Connect your Android phone with singlecue over its hotspot
- Get singlecue connected to your home's Wi-Fi network
- Name your singlecue device
- Define which devices singlecue will control
- Configure your desired activities
- Change settings of activities and devices
- Provide an interactive tutorial for controlling singlecue with touch free gestures
The app may ask you to enable your phone’s location services to ensure your singlecue device is set to work optimally in your country. No other access is required by the app.
**Version 3.18.1.24, released on October 27, 2015:**
- The app can detect when the singlecue device software is out of date and trigger a remote update
- When a new device is added, with more than one model available, the app offers some remote buttons for you to try out the codes and verify you selected the right model
- Fixed a bug which limited entering more than 13 characters email address

I can't pass Wi-Fi level we buy product to use but can't use it coz it does not connect very disappointing.

Limitless potential, demotivated developers. Such a pity development of this platform is near non existent. Device is very useful but feels unfinished with very limited command sets. It could go much further but no updates for the past year.
Can't even access the App as it keeps telling me my Google Pixel is a tablet and not a phone! Glad I've wasted money on the product I can't now use!
Singlecue is rubbish do not wast your money on it it has never work from day one
Love that I can control the singlecue using the app!
The app was really bad at first but now not only they seem to resolve the issues it has become much more useful with the ability to control singlecue using the in-app remote. Great job and very exciting product!
Could do with all Remote Control commands on remote panel page
OPEN BOX AND THEN FACTORY RESET THE SINGLECUE . This is the way i was only able to find any wifi networks to connect to. As before this i could only pass the part were it connects to phone and then next step was the network error . Its now in the stage of a software update .
Everytime I try to set up an activity, the app closes. It also doesn't seem to support my Sony TV. This may render the Singlecue device pretty much useless.
Doesn't want to test closing all the devices singlecue controls. Shuts down. Please help.

Will not connect with my nexus 5x and the device
Update: setup did work. But it doesn't have capabilities for my Vizio m-series 4k tv. It doesn't have options to control apps on tv. Only one of the three models specified works and it lacks features. Unable to setup. Get stuck at connect to Wi-Fi. Thinking of returning the device. Nice idea but bad implementation.
Didn't find WiFi at first, that's fine sometimes things happen. When it finally found it I clicked on it and it says "You need to be online". After closing the app and reopening I got through all the setup and went to connect a chromecast, which it can't do.
The app was updated and now it works smoothly. Was horrible at first.

I can't even connect with it's app. Tried everything. Waiting for tech support. Very disappointed! I was excited about the possibilities and I can't even connect. No website. Youtube videos say leave a comment below but no links below. None of the videos on youtube have a link to connect to. It feels like a scan. Only one Link to connect to for support. Every website in the manual says: Attackers might be trying to steal your information....... Never again!!!!
