nonsense. After entering all info, we get stuck on the payment page. clicking on 'PAY' just pops up a window that says 'OK' and can't do anything thereafter. Now I'm stuck with bills that are unpaid because SAM app can't be used no more.
Can't sign up as OTP is only valid for 60 sec and is delayed coming through so is expired by the time its received if it comes at all. Should have longer expiry or email option not just phone number for sign up.
Deserves 0 stars. SingPost doesn't notify of GST payments except via the app, forcing you to download it. They happily return items to sender instead of attempting to contact recipients.
The Amount field in your Pay with Sam option does not allow one to enter cents. It has to be specified in the nearest dollar which does not make sense. Pls fix.
The app doesn't work at all. I can't use any of the services without updating my email address. That would require an OTP to be sent to my email, but I haven't received any email from them despite numerous attempts to do so. Nothing in my Spam folder either. The SAM app is no longer operational and the SAM website has been down. In short, we can't use ANY service. Annoying!
No option to give zero stars. Unless your mobile number starts with 65 it is a waste of time, really wish they had used Swiss post instead
I've just changed new Xiaomi handphone, the app appears blank after authentication unable to launch QR code to receive parcel. Now have to use OTP whenever wanna collect letter from the mail machine.
This has got to be an embarrassment. Interface elements are totally broken, saved information disappears from the app and login is forced to Facebook. Of course, the one thing it's supposed to do well, it doesn't do at all. Parcel status of delivered items remain "invalid" and you get zero notifications. Please, do better.
This app is useless to a whole new level, there's no guide on how to use, it's not user friendly nor intuitive. Payment says it accepts AMEX but doesn't the system doesn't realise it uses 4 number for security code rather than 3. If I could vote it at 0 stars I could cause it's that useless

kinda redundant having this app. using the sam app for payment are much more easier
Very disappointing, one of sg trustable mailing reputation just went down,just because of this dumb app, like can't you do a maintenance???
Lousy app. Cannot accept email address with a hyphen in it.
Cant even sign up to the shutty app, doesn't even send the sms, tried contacting/emailing to them but no, nothing works, they dont bother to update and restart the app etc, lousy asf
Unable to log in. After entering the pw, it just keep on searching with no end. Restart phone also no help. Getting from bad to worst.
Hopeless apps. What is the point of updates if it is not working.
When are you idiots going to fix the sudden brightness when navigating the app. It's like blinding my eyes. Please fix this problem if you don't want me to flag your app as harmful to device and inform my MP how lazy your are in addressing this issue.
An app that's equally bad to their delivery service.
After entering all the necessary, when click 'Pay', it prompts 'OK - Close'. When click that.. It goes back to pymt summary. Nothing else I could click to do the transactions. The app doesn't help at all. Not a good one.
