One of the worst app I've used. Can't even make a single transaction. The app keeps crashing. Useless and such a waste of time! Now I need to find a machine to make the required payments.
Stupid and lousy apps. Can't even make any transaction. Was told to use Singpost apps. Went to Singpost apps, even worst. Waste of my bloody time.
Useless. Keeps exiting when making payments.
It was working fine previously but after the recent updates, the apps keeps crashing and saying there is a bug and I am not able to log in at all. This is the most backdated apps that I have ever used. Complete waste of time.
i think this app would be useful if only its user-friendly, too tedious and too complicated in terms of payment wise and all. AXS apps is more straight forward and user-friendly, maybe Singpost SAM can replicate the same as that? in this day and age where all are tech savvy and easy at your fingertips, this apps struggles alot if truth be told. I gave up using this app and have to go thru the hassle to do things manually on the machine. Please amend. Thank you.
App is horrible. In a time and age where everything is done online or via mobile apps, this is really bad. Keeps crashing after making payments and then having to check banking app if the payment went through. Alot of improvements need to be made, otherwise install more machines.
Awful. You choose either e-debit or credit card payments. After these reviews, I was unsure the app is secure with my credit card/ cvv info. Choosing the e-debit was a disaster. After you are linked to your bank, the app kicks you out. No payment made. It is 60mins of my life that I will never get back.
App keeps crashing when tapping on payments. Can you make the payment page the default page instead of the mail page. Can't use the app to pay anything at for the past few days. Need to know if you are facing issues.
This app has pontential but its really slow/not responsive. not sure if its due to lack of bandwidth. hope they are working towards improving the user experience. out of 10 tries, i only managed to make successful payment 3 times. it's really frustrating 😭
Stuck in a constant loop trying to log in. Can't log in using passcode, fingerprint, SingPost log in etc. Cannot even retrieve or reset my log in info, cannot register again. I can't even contact support via the app. Basically wasting time is the only function of this app.
This app hangs with blank screen while making payment. All failed transactions from my attempts at the website browser, and by using the mobile app. Then it has apps. What national brand company like Singpost puts ads on their apps to monetise user traffic to increase their revenue. Total lost of confidence in a brand name. If you must pay via Singpost, do it at the automated machines or actual Post Office. I wasted the whole morning trying to pay one bill online.
TERRIBLE APP. Takes insanely long to load Click-to-pay, and even after you've set up your card, it can't seem to process payments. You're better off walking to your nearby SAM machine instead of losing your patience over this forsaken app.
After i select the date of collection n click submit, it just keep showing "loading" but no final confirmation of booking date. Only after i tried the 3rd time then realised it was submitted 3 times and saying I'm not allowed to change booking again..... out of no where accused me of changing dates, when I'm only trying to submit n get confirmation 😵
Keeps on asking for password without ever going on to the main screen interface. It is NOT the first time. Quite a hassle and terrible experience to use this app.
To the developers behind this app, pls review the app coding sequence/server. It keeps on crashing upon launch. Can hardly get anything done on it. Convenience becomes Inconvenience!
Was able to use for a short while, then gave the login failure problem. Let it stay installed for a time, then today tried again. Still problem with login. Uninstalled without delay.
Please ADD NTUC INSURANCE. 5/1/20 Review: I absolutely love this app as it allows me to top up both my elderly parents' prepaid SIM from home, allowing me more time spent with them. It is also fantastically better than AXS as it stores ALL my transactions online with PDF receipts! PERFECT! What more can one ask for? Thank you so much and wishing all of you a happy, prosperous and successful New Year, Dev and Team! Well done for creating an intuitive, marvellous app!
After change to a more "popular in the market phone" finally can make payment via click2pay. Master still cnt enter card no. Keep on asking to choose card. TC payment i chose to pay via AXS after trying n faced the hassle w SAM n made MOE payments. It easier. I still think the IT people of SAM are sleeping.
Lousy app. Always crashing. Not able to perform any task at all. I am forced to give an one star rating when you dont deserve any. Please... For goodness sake, We are heading towards a digitalise nation.
You removed the physical machine in outram park. I have been trying to pay my bills using the app since December 2021 but I am still unable to login. It is already January 2022 now.
The worst app ever. Does nothing and keep having to key in password for back button. Total lag in all the execution and not one payment i can use which they just hang..
This lousy app doesn't stop crashing!!!! Its so irritating and causing me so much inconvenience!!! And CBM parking insists on using this damn app!! Hello Singpost!! If u can't even upkeep an app, DON'T LAUNCH IT TO THE PUBLIC!!!!
pathetic app... not mobile phone friendly, does not support paylah or pay now. I am still required to fill in addition information after choosing to sign up using singpass. pls omit the singpass sign up as its seems to me that you are acquiring additional informations from us unnecessarily. Do learn from AXS and DBS bank with regards to user friendly apps.
Everytime i use the app. Someone uses my info and sends me a message saying i have a parcel to collect and a link which i believe is a means to get your information. Can you please check on this. Reported to your office many times. Your app is not safe.
Unable to login. Despite so many negative reviews, even after the latest update, still keep looping on the login page. Looks like even SingPost staff aren't using this at all, else such flaw shd have been detected. Disappointed.
Really buggy, bad ui. Some of the payment methods dont work. Be prepared to fail a few times and have to find workarounds. Feels cheaply made.
Would recommend friends and family to never ever waste any time in life to chance across this app. Had never get my chance to regret about things I did in my life until I came across this app, which works just the same like their kiosk. They just allow you to do nothing and stare at the same screen. Only reason - digital and physical assets from the equity being part of reason to stay in the exchange. Lastly, I hope there was a choice for 1 star rating.
