I still prefer the old sales model of the company. Many bulk items for toilet cleaning, laundry bulk items, bulk toothpaste, toothbrushes. But now, its more focus on famous, luxury brands. I previously bought blue for the toilet flushing bulk of it, now i cant even see it.
Updated app performs better, less buggy, but search function needs to improve. The company has lots of stock issues though, and it can be very frustrating dealing with their template answers. Personally had more than 10 times where stocks are out but still listed on the site, and got to know the stock issue after 1 or 2 months after orders are placed.
Keep jumping back to top screen when I'm browsing and I have to keep scrolling back down to the item which I last browse. Also I can't click on a brand name and see all the items under it which makes it inconvenient for buyers if they just want to buy items under a particular brand. I would prefer to use the browser version.
Been using it since 2013. It has come a long way. Selection of items and service kept improving. In my 5 yrs, only had 2 complaints on their damaged goods. That being said, in order stay on top do look into shorter turn round time for queries and delivery lead time totally needs to be improved. Great job guys.
App works I suppose. But the service is terrible and the shippers they use to Sing are awful (Quantium/SingPost). Nothing arrives on time, everything takes at least a month irrespective of initial indications and nothing can be tracked whilst en route. Often items just go missing or get cancelled and then youre stuck waiting for ages for a refund. A total disgrace. Avoid this organisation at ALL costs.
The app is currently very very laggy. It just doesn't work. Hangs once I open it. Shipping fees have gone up substantially. :'(( It's just not worth ordering from singsale anymore. From $7 total to now $24?? That's insane.
Please do not buy from Singsale. Worst shopping exprience ever! Poor delivery and customer service. Enquired about my order status on Facebook as I couldn't get a response from the app's message function, I got blocked thereafter. Order never gets delivered on time, but they don't even have courtesy to inform customer.
Worst app for shopping. their SLA for delivery is always false. my order is more than a month now and is yet to be process. when i requested for cancellation they said dispatch. how can it be dispatch when the status of my order as per your app is still ordered.
New app is horrible, unable to scroll to the very last page. Cannot view products properly. Unlike the old apps, can see each individual clearly at different views and product description is clear.
Good items, but delivery is very slow, service has tons of room for improvement and sometimes they dont even deliver your item and you have to contact THEM to tell them, instead of them contacting you to inform that they were not able to fulfil your order. Buy at your own risk.
It's great when they have free shipping. But often, there aren't pictures of back and front of clothing, or size not specifically indicated. What sort of 14 is it? US 14 or AU 14? Sometimes, the title shown doesn't match the item. They show a skirt but they call it a blouse.
Products are of good quality but of late there's a number of items from China which do not adhere to the size chart. As such I had to return them. The return process was cumbersome. I had to write in a number of times to customer service for follow up before I got a response to my request.
the response time is very slow. filters are not working too well as well. 1 thing good is the regular free delivery promotion.
very bad experience.. ordered successfully.. then shipment delayed for almost 3 weeks.. at the end, my order was cancelled by SingSale.. will no longer use this platform and will never recommend to use..
I have been shopping in singsle eversince they have this Ourpay system in which i am able to pay the items i purchased in installments. I have ordered many times, though delivery takes a while but worth it!
Used to be great now its a dreadful service, significant money taken, no delivery for months, zero customer service for enquiry, no replies to emails. Do not download until they sort themselves out. You will be massively disappointed and out of pocket.
good app thus far. good price however need to improve on return policy. return goods in singapore should be free otherwise it is inconvenient to purchase article of clothing especially sizes varies.
Overall normal. Pay 2 separate delivery yet they choose to deliver 1 times and long waiting time. Inform their management twice but nothing change. better go buy personally than to wait.
I always find Singsale's description of the products they sell so limiting and off-putting really. No material stated for some, no measurements, and when they sell boots, no measurement of the circumference of the calf shaft. I used to shop a lot in Singsale. Now I only shop in it like...twice a year? Why support them when there're apps put there who put in more effort?
i am log out of my acc suddenly. even when i try to log in , nothing happen. i've spend hundreds in this app and i am still waiting for some of my items which are already late. i need to log in into my acc immediately. i need you to something about this as soon as possible. thanks
does not allow have description in new app. does not allow cut n paste for url either for customer service to attend to issue. useless app. a downgrade from previous app.
Pretty good deals. A bit repetitive sometimes. No problems with returns. overall recommended!
good deals... but search feature is sub standard. mens dress settings will bring results women dress , perfumes or shoes... also cart will get cleared if you open singsale website...
SingSale may have a big range n variety of products but the shopping costs for smaller items, are high n the delivery time is way too long , which is a put foen.

Customer service is usually prompt and helpful. I've received great after sales service on scream occasions.
Got the same wrong product sent twice, even after double checking and assuring me that they would get it right. And then, customer service doesn't reply, I don't get my full refund which they promised and still waiting for reply after sending few messages. Like they can't be bothered, and also just scammed me of my money. SINGSALE IS A SCAM. Use at your own risk.
