Unbelievable. Purchased Data Plan but didn't receive sms and nothing happens at all. Data was not allocated into account. Made several calls, yet no one can solve problems.
Like the others, since yesterday my hi App went blank when open don't show my phone number, main account balance, data balance. The top up tab and all other are also blank. Please fix this problem asap.
New to singtel and downloaded this app, unfortunately, i cannot register because there is no "register" icon to this app. Only "log in your prepaid number". Im confused as a new user for registration
This app have working hours. It only works from certain time to time and most of the time it don't work at all.
I had topped up a number of times and 've been using my prepaid number for long. Rewards can never be the same as usual after I checked my coins accumulated became zero even before it's expired. Feedback sent but no response
The doesn't even open when u want to top up. Starts to open again once when everything is expired.
The deal (5GB+5GB) came to be reflected 1.5 hours later. It is still valid hence I edit the review. Grab the deal quick since it is ending soon (31st March 2022), just note that the promo half would be credited slightly later. There is no pop up ads within the app too (since playstore asked)
So far so good no problems,only I personally feels the talk time should increase a bit more instead of 200 talk time should increase to 300 or 350 minutes.
Where's the option to register new sim card at first main page? Great.. they telling me to register for myself but the option to register is don't have. Please take note Singtel.
Can't even use main acc money to purchase add on plan, then what's the point of even giving the option to use main acc money
Always has a bug and now i cannot open it and even i install and uninstall it, still not working and also if i log in my existing number doesn't recieve the OTP 😩

When first time I bought sim card should be 10$ , but I had only 9.76$ useless, because can't activate the desired package. Tks

Easy to use but slight improvement needed. Would be better if the app can connect to your contact list to pull out the phone number to top up
Easy steps for self-registration. Fast. App is so easy to use. Very direct and user friendly.
This app is really bad. When you going for top up or data plan they will transfer you to other website for payment and always "something went wrong try again later "
Everything is good, except ask for updating so often. When we not update the apps we can't open it at all, not like other apps when we can't update we still can open it.
Don't top-up 35$ 120GB if one's recharge can't be use full network very very poor i complain 3 times but still same 30$ recharge Better many Data recharge means very poor network connection
Extra 5GB data is not given after I top up the $15 Ultimate plan by using this app.
I've tried once to register a new SIM and it worked fine. BUT, when I tried to register another SIM. It took me to the scanning of document, and just hanged. Waiting for it to continue, I'm kicked back to the main page. Where my SIM card is pending registration, when it only took the front of my document and crashed. I have tried it on 3 different phones, WiFi or mobile data. All times, just hanged after scanning the front.
I really happy n enjoying use hi app..already a few years use singtel..is the best network😘
Unbelievable. I'm in Indonesia, requiring to use roaming plan. I can't top up the plan until the data completely runs out. Fine. Now it has run out. I'm stranded without reliable internet. hi!App is down. I completely cannot check maps or order rideshare in the middle of the night. 👎
