Sinhala Dictionary Offline

Just start to use. User friendly. Overall I think it's better. Both Sinhala to English and English to Sinhala. And mainly it doesn't override other apps like keyboard settings. That's good too. Thanks for uploading.

Really convenient and easy to use app. I normally read books in my tablet and this app helps so much by providing a wide range of vocabulary and being ad-free! But for a small drawback, it doesn't recognize the word we enter if we leave a dpace at the beginning or simply type just one letter wrong. It'd be nice if it recognizes the word and give a larger range of words that are similar to choose than the exact word. Other than that, its wonderful and effective to use as a student. Thank you! 😊

Great app. It's very useful for finding meanings of both english and sinhala words. Btw, there's a little problem with the search bar. If we mistakenly leave a space before we type the word, it doesn't show the word list and if we leave a space after typing a word, it doesn't show the meaning directly suddenly appear a word list. Please fix that in a more convenient way. Thank you! I appreciate you guys great effort.

I like the Night (Dark) mode. Also I have noticed , you have added "focus search box" feature again that I requested. Thanks for that! It is very useful for me. But "On Touch Dictionary" feature is not ok with me.Can't see definitions of selected words.( I use J7 pro and tried with Microsoft word, Google chrome apps and there were no definitions for the English word I have selected. ) Either feature is not working or I might use it incorrectly 🤔

I give you five stars. As a Sinhala - English dictionary It is a very good app. Specialy the feature that translate sinhala into english is very help full. And there such a variety of words. So yeah I highly recommend this app

Perfect pocket dictionary for use with the mobile devices. It's showing very good meaning for difficult words. Also it's very easy to use. And it can use with pop up windows with the Samsung Galaxy flagships. Cause it's very easy to handle when I'm reading articles. I'm using this app around 6 years. This app is good, but there are some definitions to words which cannot be accepted.. We have to check their accuracy through another dictionary.

Absolutely,This is a very useful app. I have been using this app for three months.Up to now, I have nothing to complain about this app.It's very easy to use and it shows a lot of results rather than other dictionaries. So,I can highly recommend this to any english learner.

The advertisements are annoying. That's why I give three stars. But provides better results than other dictionaries.

There is a huge difference than the other apps. This app gives a lot of meanings for a word and there are options called translator, favourite and history. Translator is most beneficial for me and from the history we can go back and find words we have typed. For working people and children this will be a great help to find new words, translate their ideas or someone else ideas etc.There is a weak point. You have given a limited time to use the translator so if you change it will be so useful.

*Actually I like your app.It's so usefull and easy to use.It has helped me a lot to improve my english. *So what I really requesting is a way to save the favourite words to a text file.I know the app already has a way to keep favourite words but if the app was accidentally removed all the words will be lost.So if it can output that words to a text file I can keep those words even if I accidentally removed the app.Maybe you can also add a way to load the text files into the app.

I'm using this Sinhala - English dictionary since 2013. I thought about writing a review since I got the latest update. Now, this is what I exactly wanted. ♥️ Online Definitions and From The Web tabs are actually helpful and I owe you a beer for adding them. 🍺 New features like customizable UI colors and the dark theme are great! 🖤 The word notification feature is a must have for all the dictionaries out there except if it's a printed one. 😃 You nailed it! 👍

Any sentence or paragraph can be translated into English .Online definitions can translate English paragraphs into Sinhala and Sinhala paragraphs into English .Very Use full app.

I like this app. It has been of very much useful. However, it must keep another step ahead by describing the words such as verb vti vi vti, noun, adj adv etc. In the negative side, it takes more , it takes more time to open the app. And it's always a botheration to answer whether we want to quit the app.

This is the best Sinhala-English dictionary I have ever used. There is a bit delay in the translator. We can add more important words to favorites. It helps to remember those words. There's a limit to translations per day. So I don't recommend the translator of this app. However this is great app as a dictionary. I expect they will improve the features of this and reduce defects as soon as possible.

Sometimes it annoying when case of letter is highly concerned by the app. Else a great app...! Thank you!

This app is very useful 👍 but if you need to learn English better you have more better app than this, don't wast your data to this app ☹️☹️

why i went from 5 star to 2 - the option to make the keyboard automaticly open when i open the app has been removed. which made the user experience alot better. also whenever i search a word suggestions doesn't appear like its used to. so no way to know if the app has a word or not. all the new things are great guys and i appreciate it. but your missing what this app sat out to be in the first place. a quick explainer that you open and close in seconds. you're missing that charm. pls fix

A good app 👍.. I can use both finding a meaning of a word & translating a sentence. And other features are good.. It is no problem showing ads but most of ads don't include good contents and also those ads are suddenly showed while looking something translated..

A dictionary to serve as a quick reference for someone who already speaks and manages to understand formal and informal Sinhala. The vocabulary count is quite impressive and the layout is pleasant. However, I recommend adding these features to each entry, since most language learners (myself included) find them indispensable in a really good dictionary: 1) Usage examples - 2-3 sentences or phrases showing how native Sinhala speakers use the word 2) plural form in brackets. This is the best dictionary I have ever used. It can even translate any language. But cannot translate without the language's own keyboard and internet connection. Certainly, adds is a problem but it is not a big problem. I had instralled many English-Sinhala dictionaries but they are useless and cannot work without internet connection. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It's very useful and easy to handle since its gives the varied words to user to think of. And also very helpful with off line using. I use this app for last 3 to 4 years. A very reliable app for use as a dictionary. It's very easy to use as well. The best thing is that it's almost fully functional offline. You only need to be online for pronunciation of sinhala words. So, great app. ✌️✌️

Very useful...can look up English terms for Sinhala words and vise versa. Only issue I see here is that sometimes the Sinhala terms for English words are too technical...I have come across some words where simpler terms are available but those simple terms aren't categorized here...may be because this dictionary only uses the most relevant meanings...Anyway um very satisfied with the experience ❤️ keep up the good work!

To be simple, this is a good app and i really liked it. But i think it would have been even more comfortable for users if presented with an option to select letters we need and go to the words listed under that letter.
