App crashes a lot lately, if it lets you log on at all....not sure about the last update. That's when trouble started....
I have had this app for several years and it's always done what i needed it to do --until recently. Not sure what's going on with it lately but several times now the app wont launch until I uninstall and then re-install it. Hugely inconvenient when i'm only using cell data and need/want to do a bit of banking.
I have another federal credit union which the mobile app shows my balance after every payment is deducted. So I am able to see every ending balance throughout my payment and withdrawal history...not just the one ending balance but the continual balances. Other than this it's a great app.
I have had so many log in issues. I have my password on file and it tells me no good and I have to reset it. No link that is obvious to me on how to do it online. I have to call the bank and go through the live interaction and then risne and repeat every three weeks. Please clean up log in, or at least put a link so we can easily fix it on our own online.
Easy to use and always up to date. Directions and news alerts are great. The tech department and the entire Credit Union is Outstanding ,Keep up the great work. Member since 1979.
kicks you out a lot so fingerprint isnt good enuf. leads to frequent password changes and therefore can't remember it long.
Not able to deposit from my phone. I take the pictures and and they show way off and don't go through. Fix this please!
80% of the time works fine. 20% bugs. Not able to access mobile banking at critical times. Would like to hide inactive accounts due to old accounts also suggest "naming" accounts for personal and banking employees easy access

It would be nice to be able to hide certain accounts. I would 5 star if you could customize the accounts visible.

I rated this Mobile app 3 stars because the last few times I've used it I haven't had any problems. However prior experiences have been absolutely horrible for several months and mabe even years. With all of the problems and complaints with this app I was told that SFCU was looking into finally getting their app fixed so now I'm thinking and hoping that the app will keep on working with no further or future issues? Thank you for addressing this issue SFCU I AM SO GLAD! keep up the good work!
