Loved remote start with my Hyundai- it worked, could adjust heat/cooling/defrost. SO DISAPPOINTED with this app. Not only did it take 5 customer service reps to set up, but it fails nearly every time I try to use it. App crashes/ freezes frequently, no ability to adjust temp. or settings. Have only been able to start the car remotely once...in two months- not for lack of trying.

We had our new Jeep for 2 weeks and I've tried to use this app for start engine and it hasn't worked yet. I'll have to uninstall the app because it'll freeze almost everytime or it'll just not work. It can't even work the basic features it has lock,unlock,panic, and engine start. I like the idea but this is a horrible app I just wish it was more reliable and able.

I followed the instructions to activate using the uconnect screen, and the subsequent email instructions, but the Android app keeps telling me I have not activated my services. However, the Activation app has disappeared from my uconnect, evidently because It thinks it's already activated. I called support and they suggested it was because I hadn't set up a security question on my account, so i logged into the Mopar site and did that. Still getting the same message. Incredibly frustrating.

This app has not worked without issue a single time. It freezes and has to be reset on start, remote unlock has worked a total of 1 time, and I have yet to have the remote start work. This service is horrible even with the free trial, it needs a major overhaul if they expect me to continue pay for it when my trial is up.

The remote start has worked once out of the last 10 attempts. Tried both on and off Wifi. Horrible app! When my free year expires in May I will definitely not be renewing! If you expect people to pay for this service, it needs to work. Advice for anyone considering this service, spend the money and get Viper SmartStart.

guess this review is on the service itself and not specifically on the app.. UconnectAccess worked MUCH better and had more features. the 2 things i used uconnect access for was sending nav addresses to my car and texting via voice. these two features are no longer there. it is now relying on you connecting you phone via cable with a SLOW charge rate to use nav or texting via voice. I WILL NOT be paying for this "service" when its no longer free. oh .. and the remote start.. rarely works. remote lock and unlock takes 2-3 times longer than uconnect access did... if it actually works.

I used this and never had any issues. I wonder how many may be a user error for others reviews? It could be phone service provider. It uses data to communicate with satellites. If you have bad reception it wont work. Just because you dont understand how it works or how to use it or even if you just have bad reception, doesn't mean it is junk. Great app and does what it supposed to.

Takes forever to open...if it does open. Logs you out constantly and takes multiple tries to log back in. Then won't open and if it does only starts the vehicle 2 out of 10 tries. Not impressed with it at all. Glad it's free for a year. Don't waste your money on it.

Terrible app. Dodge has the option to purchase this service and if this is what I'm to expect IF I purchased it, then I'd request a refund. It hardly ever works. Moat of the time, before the app itself even loads, I'm already at my vehicle. It takes a while for the requests to go through of they even go through because it rarely does. If you're in the free trial, then it's whatever but this definitely doesn't make me want to purchase it.

used to work great, no problems, but something has changed and now the app won't even start, just keeps giving a message"something just have gone wrong" I've deleted and reinstalled several times, it only works once or twice after each new install. please address this issue

Just ok would not pay for service, while it's free for a year after new ram 2500 cummins purchase and it works great for starting engine to warm up works better for starting inside a building. However there is a lag time for starting so I'm glad I start it 10-15 min early take about 1 min for the signal to start. Also it does fail to start a lot of the time. So there for its convenient while free but with the issues is definitely not a purchase service.

Garbage. Remote start works 1 in 10 times. vehicle locator has never worked. constantly have to force-stop the app just to get it to work. Remote app start was a big reason for both vehicle choice and going with SXMG. IMO, just play music, because this technology stuff isnt in your wheelhouse

Just set this service up earlier. When I first got on the app it kept spending a very long time trying to load. When I got on finally it only had lock and unlock available. Now at the end of the day I tried to get on to show someone and the app wont let me sign in. It keeps saying something's not working try again..

AWFUL APP. I bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee and was told I could use this app to unlock/lock, remote start etc. I made sure I followed the directions to activate my services and completed my online profile. Still would not work. Called the service. They said uninstall and redownload the app. Did that. Still does not work. Waste of time!! 😡😡

Does not open properly much of the time. It lacks many features of UConnect app for 2017's. It usually fails to locate vehicle in a good cell area, also where the UConnect app worked nearly flawlessly on my 2017.

Terrible app, constantly fails to work, uninstalled and reinstalled with similar lack of functionality. Unless improved quickly I will certainly be looking for an alternative as quickly as possible.

It seems the greatest part of this app is "something went wrong try again" or maybe that's all it's supposed to do because that is all it has done from day one the minute I installed it. Too bad really I would have purchased it as I have a SXM subscription already on my old van.

What BS, this won't program load if you use a rooted phone. They're too slow to figure out Android phones can be spoofed so these programs don't know whether you are rooted or not, but it's not worth it to deal with DEV's that burden you with such unfriendly attributes

No different than the regular UConnect and neither one EVER work! I used to be able to use Send & Go all the time and I loved it. What ever upgrades were made to the app actually made it worse.

Cool app when it works. Fails 90% of the time. Called support team and I get the same por excuse every time. They blame it on por cell reception. Ill be standing next to the Jeep with 4g perfect signal on my cell and it will still fail.

Horrible! Just got back from long trip, it's snowing, and i can't even log in to remote start vehicle. I logged in from London though. But not from 5 miles away from vehicle. They want $150 annually for this! Ha!

Horrible and very slow only to be notified that something failed! No Duh! What a waste. The UCONNECT app that is no longer used was way better! WAY! TYPICAL BS.. take something simple that works and go above and beyond to make it useless! BRILLIANT!

I'm not getting emails telling me this app is being retired and to download the Uconnect app that supposed to be the same thing, only different. but the Uconnect app won't work on my Samsung Galaxy Note8 because the Note is incompatible/unapproved??

Sometimes works, sometimes not. Only the start feature works at all. Send & Go gives an error message every time and has never worked.

Please add an Android Widget, otherwise connects and works fine. being able to adjust the temperature of the start would be a great upgrade!

just got the app activated and it works fine so far. the app need more features and please implement new colors and add the option where you can upload a picture of your vehicle.

Nothing works. Door lock - Failed repeatedly, Remote Start - Failed repeatedly, Horn - failed repeatedly. Worthless and definitely not worth 20 bucks a month. Not actually worth anything because none of the features work.

If you like seeing something went wrong, try again, you'll love this app. Useless, slow, overly expensive. I will not be renewing after the trial ends.

This app is total piece of GARBAGE!!! The 2016 Uconnect app is way better and more consistent than this! I wish Dodge did not change the Uconnect app with this garbage app!!!!
