I too am tired of the weak responses of this app, being locked out after a few trys is annoying, even when i am entering the correct info

Constant issues. Now won't accept my deposit at all. Likely transferring credit unions soon

Old out dated junk. Account lockout after 4 failed login attempts, and you have to contact an administrator to unlock after that, ridiculous. No modern ease off access options, very old school. Minimally helpful account information.
Anyone else have to verify their device every time you open the app? I can be at home all day and my IP address never changes and it still asks me to verify. It makes checking my balance 5 mins longer.
This app works great and the way it should. Like being part of the credit union.
Last update got rid of a few things that bugged me. I guess all I can think of now is to have the location listed with the Holds and Pledges
Works well until your finger print ID expires and the app no longer accepts your password and locks your account....every time the finger print expires.
