This app is great, but desperately need the option to re-arrange the order of your 'issues'. When you press and hold, the only option is to delete. There really should be a drag and drop to re-order. This will greatly help with keeping the survey in order if you ever miss something and need to go back. 3 stars currently, 5 stars with this feature. (Edit: Feature included, 5 stars)

Terrible! Every item has to be addressed individually. Can't add the same note to multiple photos or assign one person multiple tasks at once. Photo quality is garbage, even on the highest setting. Does not allow you to choose where you upload photos. I had to remove the NOT default gallery from my phone to create a report. Do not recommend

It needs parity with the IOS version, cant rearrange the order by long press. select order of photos only to have it choose its own order, so you have to rearrange which is slow. Crops photos on the edit screen so you can't see what they are. No swipe to delete. Have to come out of one task before editing the next instead of skipping. I purchased expecting it to be the same but it's missing a lot of quality of life features that you get on iOS. Why the difference? Why the same price?

I've been using this app for years and love it for completing my site inspections and reports. (I use the samsung galaxy tab2) I love how you now don't have to worry about losing work as it saves automatically. It's easy to use, fast and produces great looking professional reports. I would like it if i could for instance highlight issues in red, bold or underline. Being able to strikethrough would be great too. Also being able to add more pictures per issue.

I agree with the other reviews on here, but another issue i have noticed is that once a project is set up, you dont have the ability to sub divide, example is when i am doing a report, i would like to be able to do a per floor or per area, so ground floor kitchen area, and then add a series of photos in one rather than having to individually input them and describe them. Also am i doing something wrong, because when i use the draw on facility it does not show unless i push the draw button?

I've been using this app for a number of years now and have to say I've found it very useful, particularly at the beginning. Recently, though, I've shifted to to experimenting with Google keep and One Note. The reason is simple. Despite repeated requests from users, we are still only able to attach one photo per item and updates, on Android, are rare. The ability to sync with other devices is also very important, again not available on android.

Very easy to use and very customisable. It's quick and easy to produce professional looking reports and really straightforward to edit and alter things as you go. A few improvements would be multiple photos per issue and checkboxes to tick off completed items. Would also be good to be able to share the editable file with other people with the app, rather than just the PDF report (e.g. for forwarding on to an employee for them to edit once items are actioned)

Great up. Makes my life so easy on site. one thing that I would change about it is the setting for the picture size. it happened that i did one report with extra large pictures and then when one of my colleagues asked me to send him a report i've done previously with small pictures it actually sent it with extra large pictures which i didn't want as it make it 100 pages long. it would be good to save the setting for each individual report. or asked at the begging to choose the picture size.

I use the app on a regular basis and although good, reports can look a bit basic. Additional themes would be good and the ability to add an extra photo to the front page as well as the company logo would be nice. Also the ability to add in a blank page/pages after the front cover for things like notes or attaching instructions would be nice. In an ideal world a fusion between this app and the site report pro app found on ios would be great.

The only issue I've had with the app is that 50% of the time, when sharing the file, the file does not go with it (as in, no attachment in an email). Have to send it to myself until the file shows up, then I forward on.

This is a great app that's easy to use and a lot of companies will find extremely useful. Unfortunately all sites and audits are 3 trades on 100 pages, but it would be great if this app could implement sub issues, e.g not just the job and the issues by date or reference, but with each job have for example 1st floor and then all 1st floor issues under that

I would like this app much more if I could navigate and edit it more easily. Edits such as easily reordering, adding, or removing issues without making the issue orders become tedious to correct. Navigating between issues by swiping left or right would be nice instead of closing the issue to move to the next. Thank you for your time.

It has a lot of potential. Maybe you could do some little but practical improvements like allow us to cross or tick the lines for what was done already (sometimes we come back to check but deleting you lose information you might still need) other thing is allowing us to copy one or some of the items to another existing project... These little things would be very handy making it more flexible... I'm trying to get the best way of using it and I will revise this rating later

Great app, works well, just needs the ability to take more than 1 photo per issue. Just 2 photos would enable the option of creating before and after images for works completed reports.

Great app for what its intended for. Doesn't allow to be synced between 2 different devices when working off the Andriod platform. I had to purchase the app twice (phone and computer) because theres no cloud sharing or syncing between them. Could be better in that sense to allow photos from your phone while on site and being able to continue the audit on your computer at home.

Great app but there are some shortfalls in it's basic operation, things i would expect to be included considering the pricetag. I did expect to be able to include multiple pics of each issue and the ability to print or share issues to individual assignees is surely simple to set up in the app. Reading through past reviews it seems you may be about to chuck all of your update eggs in the "Subscription Cloud" service. What improvements will i get if when i choose not to pay a subscription fee?

Great, almost perfect. The app is user friendly and makes putting together a professional report easy on your cell phone. I primarily use the app to take pics of move outs. Put together the report and to the previous residents file. My one request that I would like to see is the ability to send multiple reports at once from your phone. Currently you can only send one at a time.

Would be better if you could search for things like assignees etc. And create a list from ones already made, instead of having to go back through and make another list. For example, I snag plots then have to either make another list for a specific trade or manually highlight their item. An okay app overall, not sure its worth the money to be honest

A fantastic app with a large mulitude of applications. I have been using this software for some years now across multiple companies and projects. Some major uses for me are ffor scoping projects, Site inspections, design modifications and snagging works. what i would like to see is the ability to section reports and send as per the assignee. i.e if i assigned 10 issues to one company\person then only those would be sent to that email. love the app guys keep bringing us more.

Rotating photos - Frustrating. With some photos when you select them they are upside down or on their side. No way of fixing this. Even if I edit the photo outisde of the app and rotate it so its upside down, its still upside down in the app. Please fix, its so frustrating.

A bit tricky at first to get the hang of, but WELL WORTH the effort. Produces very professional looking reports, with very little effort. Saves me loads of time. Very good value for money. I use it for site inspections, but you could easily use it for job quotes, RAMS etc. Very good APP. Highly recommended

Great reports. pretty simple to use. One thing that would be a game changer for this app would be having a desktop version that would sync with the mobile app. editing on a computer would make this a lot easier for larger reports.

Keeps rotating pictures taken in portrait into landscape. Doesnt look professional when it does this. Offers no reason for it and no way to change the rotation. I paid money for this a number of years ago and now i cant use this app anymore because of this stupid thing it keeps doing. Sort it out or give me my money back.

Now that I've been using this app for a while I still write this as a five-star it is awesome. I really wish you guys would incorporate the office version, So that you can also do it from your desk top. Lots of times I will get pictures from customers and it would be a little easier doing it from desktop instead of creating this from your phone. But this is definitely the best app out there by far

Recently come back to this APP after using for years only to find that when importing portrait photos they are automatically rotated to landscape without the ability to amend. Also you have to re-purchase the app if using on android and ios. So for £13 you get an app thats doesn't work!!

Most simple app I've used for compiling an easy to read professional looking report. I use it on site to report issues such as areas needing cleared to allow operatives to carry out tasks, health and safety issues ect. It's simple to use, I usually walk around take pictures and fill out report as I go and it's ready to send via pdf straight away. Highly recommended.

This is a great app, unfortunately I changed my phone recently and couldn't transfer my audits and lost them all. Its about time in this day and age a cloud based version was released so you can at least transfer between devices.
