Site Inspection - Snagging, Site Auditing, faults
Note: by default app is configured to add a single image to a snag; but if you want to add multiple images then you can configure it. Please go to the Setting -> Default Values-> then ‘ON’ settings to add multiple images for a snag.

Great program, fast and easy input, would give 5 stars if you could combine multiple projects into 1 report. For example, you do punch for 10 hotel rooms and want them all listed on 1 report for the general contractor to correct. Currently i do a report for each room but then have to combine them manually in excel, which is time consuming.
The app is great! Extra things that would make my life easy doing defects/snaggin on unit complexes - The ability to copy and paste a defect to a different project - Subfolders/Subheadings within projects - The ability to reorganise defects and projects, so they arent just listed in the order they are added - Be able to add more then two photos per defect - The apps zip files are not loading on an adroid devices with older operating systems — such as 9.0 vs 8.0 Thanks so much! Easy to use and time saving. I use it with Samsung Note 10 and I am happy with the product. I will ask the developers to add item number on each issue on the reports. Also the cover page, project photo to be bigger. If possible to have a Word format of report as well. Thank you for your efforts!
Tried this app a few times now, perfect for what I need, features similar report making as the one my company uses at a fraction of the price... This is not why I chose it though, I had noticed the responses from the developers to other users questions, when I downloaded it I had trouble saving, and the response I got was immediate and extremely helpfull, and that is how you run a business... I hope you do well with this and any projects you enter... Thank you, a welcome change to the norm.
Just moved into a new build house so need to compile a snagging list for meetings with the builder, this app is great for keeping all the things you spot in one place. The only thing that would be nice is the ability to reorder the item in the list so the I can group them together. Fantastic feed back from dev, only took an hour to get a response. Looking forward to the update. Thank you.
Great app, simple to use. Would be great to be able to set a 'default project' in the settings. Would also be very useful to have multiple people able to input into the same project without having to export.
I have found the app to very useful to write up reports for my work, the only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is because it needs to have some sort of folder system that I can have different reports under the same reference, for example if I'm on a big job and have to send in daily updates without sending all the previous snag reports in as well and still keep old reports as a back up, this would make it a 5 star for me.
So far so good. But there is a bug that whenever I delete a snag, it closes the app. Also the photo quality was downgraded, hopefully the app should retain the phones camera quality. Thanks.
I used this app to create a Schedule of Condition for a newly leased property. Easy to use, flexible and very easy to export the report to Excel or PDF formats. App creator was very quick with support email queries too. excellent work 👍
great easy app. what would be great is a locaton setting where the snags are by floor and by room with drop down menu. and a copy and paste version for repeat snags . perhaps marking a snag on a floor plan would be ideal
Used this for about 5 minutes and already confirmed this is exactly what I was looking for. Although you could use this for large projects, I am using it to document areas needing minor repairs around my house, in preparation for sale. Then I am going to generate the report, print it and give it to the handyman to work through everything. The report tool works exactly as I had hoped. Everything seems intuitive and easy to use.
Very good app. I can suggest the snag to have numbers instead of colours( as per example Project A snag 1 ,snag 2 and so on till the last one) Will be easy to inform the client that snag number 10 still incomplete

Dear Developer. The application is well configured and user friendly. However, if you could give an option to include the project photo on a cover page, that will enhance the project report presentation.

Rapid response to the request..."Want to know if the date or a report number can be included at every page. The intention is if somebody print the document and loose any page identify to where it belongs."

Great simple to use app. Would be great if there was an option for Notes page or pages at the front of the report to add general notes and info for the report.

Simple app that does the job. Unfortunately many reports require an extra explaination made by auditor. Would you guys be so kind and add "comments" option. Much appreciated
Managed to create first report fine but now the report with images creates a corrupt PDF. EDIT: Have updated App, however the previous saved projects still create a corrupt report. Is this fix for new projects only?

Although it works as intended and it helps me. There is an annoying thing. When attaching images, even when you cropped it already in the app, black rectangles appear on the top and bottom of the images. It also shows up on the excel report. Please do something about this.
