The editing of profile took forever! The list of babysitter candidate doesn't seem matched with their age. The elderly babysitters are using teens visuals that seem to reflect that the developer do not actually screen their babysitter profile well.
The fee is just too high for beginner who tried to earn money and we cant do much in free version. If you implement transaction based fee (like shopee/lazada and not like typical matchmaking app) i think your app will be grow more faster and popular among user. Make all features accessible and only charge babysitter when the transaction is occur is more right to me. Please revise back the feature as current user cannot do much and will drop this app, is pity when this is a great initiative
The subscription fee is so high. I couldn't get any messages from anyone. Couldn't messages anyone too. Not all nanny can afford to pay the fee. Most of us do this bcs we NEED the money. Going to uninstall this
Wasted money paying the subscription , theres no reply from the parents, few times messaging them. Listed names of parents all the same in the apps , the names Are few , parents not even replying message, no worth paying for subscription when cant even get nanny job.
Updated to 5 stars after Sitly's customer service did an excellent job to rectify my situation and taking my concerns seriously. They explained that they don't control what people show in their availability and qualifications, which are to be discussed with the babysitter requestor. My initial review was negative experience which was turned into positive. Thanks Sitly.
Biggest waste of my time and money! Parents take ages to respond and app is annoying to navigate.

Expensive, Sells as montly and then automatic renewals. Dont bother....
The app is glitchy and crashed a few times forcing me to reinput my information into their terribly cumbersome system. Finally gave up, I shouldn't have to work that hard to use someone's product. Additionally the system is terrible at recognizing addresses, it kept telling me my address was not valid... But I assure you... I know my own address. What a waste of time.
Very High member fee. It should low coz not All Nanny @ Babysitter can get the job in Sitly. Not all the babysitter @ Nanny can pay. Very dispointed will uninstall this. Very bad App.
Paid for subscription and i go to message somone and it says I cant until i buy a subscription ..the money is out of my account . Ive restarted the app and even reinstalled it but the problem remains . Ive sent an email as well . I want my money back. Edit : great customer service . They arent sure how it happened but they've offered me free membership until March to figure it out
The app appears to be useful and It's easy to navigate. I'm looking for a job and in my opinion, it's be cool if the app give 1 week free for us to use all the tools, so we can avaliate if it will be really useful. But in general, I don't have complains. Estou gostando do app, mas ainda não estou pagando a taxa mensal. O ideal seria, na minha opinião, que o app disponibilizasse 1 semana ou 1 mês grátis para avaliarmos e depois começarmos a pagar a taxa mensal.
Looks like this app is a con. I have sent messages to a number of listed babysitters and received just one reply. Most of them never write back. It looks like fictitious accounts. I also paid for my premium account in advance and it's quite costly. Of course you don't get your money back...
I was not able to use Sitly as intended because I cannot write any messages to potential babysitters. The Textbox seems to be inactive - there is no way the keyboard pops up. I also tried with the default message, but then the send button would not work.
O aplicativo tem uma plataforma incrível, mas cada vez mais parece totalmente falso. Enviei mensagem para mais de 30 pais e obtive uma resposta apenas. Vários pais online, e quando mando mensagem somem por meses! This app have a wonderful plataform , but it seems fake. I have sent message for 30 parents and I got only 1 (one) reply. A lot of parents online, but when I send a message they disappear for months!!
i became a member, not for myself, but for my sister. Not on this app, but on the internet. At this time it was called 'Oudermatch'. and it looked like a credible matching parent nanny site. My sister who has had babysit and nanny experience her whole adult life immediately found two very nice families where she's been employed the past three years. Now the kids go to school she looked for another family and again found a great match. i really recommend this site
Not have many choices of baby sitter, the payment of subsrbe is so high which i think not worth it. However they refund me which is consider responsible. I change my review. I wish they improve because a lot of people (parents) really need this apps.
Is not yet available in lot of areas in Malaysia. Please advertise more!
When I try to login in the app is asking me to register again and is not recognizing my location not my address.
App maybe ok but babysitters are super unresponsive. They would agree to meet and then would just stop responding. I had to sign up with premium to be able msg them and then after receiving no responses for over a week cancelled and asked for refund. I was told that hundreds of new members join (maybe worldwide but def not in my area) and so to bad so sad they won't refund. The idea is good but babysitters whom register are unreliable so if they could develop some sort of process to vet people..
This is a great app that puts you directly in contact with parents who need a babysitter in your area. The feedback options are easy to use and really handy towards improving your profile.
Very good app with plenty of job opportunities.
It's a big scam, waste of money and time. They show a lot of mouth watering offers from parents but be sure none of them are going to response because all parents' profiles are fake. Don't even think to try it babysitters!!
So far, so good. Been in touch with some great people and there are lots of other amazing profiles so fingers crossed!
It has the option to add pictures of your previously jobs, but through the app doesnt appear, and the mobile web doesnt work.
Had trouble logging in and sent an email. They responded very quickly and added me an extra free month. Great customer care 👍
horribleeer, it is not free, after one hour maling account and put the photo os not possible to send to message ot on obdy the worse app in the world, it is not possible to remove the profile picture, horrible
Warning: they keep charging your credit card without sending an email, so you end up paying for months...what a scam.
As a babysitter/nanny I already have 3 addresses in two weeks. Ive had a very nice connection with the parents on the app. :)
Super bad experience. I created a whole profile before being able to see the available sitters in our area (fine, but could be better, to get a quick idea if there are any), after selecting a few and trying to message one of them, I get told FOR THE FIRST TIME that I need to have a paid subscription in order to use the app. I mean, it's ok to have a paid model, but make it clear, so I don't need to spend 20 minutes setting it up to find out.
