Every time I get an update I get NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS! I get very tired of having to uninstall and reinstall the app then wait for a phone call with a verification code just to see my balance. Very close to switching banks.
App wont open up anymore. Have uninstalled it several times then when I reinstall it, it will let me open it only once. Worked great until approx 7-10 days ago. Employees at office are unable to help me. Very frustrating!!! Wanda
Everytime I try to log in to check my balance, it freezes up and I have to uninstall and reinstall it again. What happened? It used to work fine!!! I just had to reinstall this for the 8th time!!! 9th time!!!
The old one I was using was great. Since the last update, it won't even let me open it! Very frustrating...this needs to be fixed! Can't even log into the desktop site since they uodated that too.
Never opens. Just keeps spinning like it's loading until it times out. I have to unistall and reinstall several times a month which is a pain.
Something is wrong with your app. I have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to load after each use. This is very frustrating and inconvenient. Please fix this.
I lost my ability to log in to my account about four days ago, but reinstalling the app fixed it. A pretty well built app for managing my accounts.
New account holder, when I click on "I am a new user" it directs me to the reset your password form. This bug happens on both the app and online website. I will change my review when this issue is solved.
this new update does not work. I am not able to sign in my account. I have to uninstall then reinstall the app everytime I try to sign in.

Only recently I've had horrible luck with the app...I get an error authentication failed everytime I try to log in on my android....but can log in on an iphone
I'm thinking this app has contracted COVID 19. it's pretty much become useless over the last few weeks because it hasn't been allowing me to sign in in any way.
I sign in and it just says loading, but will not finish signing in. Not sure what was done to "update" this app, but it isn't working.
Not sure what is going on with this app, but it needs fixed ASAP.. Wont even let you log on, rather ridiculous and pointless.
The app has problem talked to financial Institute and they know there's a problem. Please get it fixed I miss my access.
Checking your balance and connecting to mobile is very easy, such as transferring money.

Tried to make a new account, sent me to the password reset screen. several times.
Needs to be fixed. Won't run on Oreo. Crashes before app starts.
The app use to work all the time but recently you can't log in. It says my network connection may be too slow but that's not the case considering I'm running on 5g. Have to Uninstall and reinstall almost every time to get it to work. Very annoying especially since this is a business account and it is constantly used to mobile deposit checks...well I should say attempt to deposit checks.
