Very bad experience worst online shopping in my entire life. Purchased a shoe and received damaged shoe lose stich from lacoste. And the box is also damaged. I made a return after 3 days received same item again shoe and damaged box.its like they just returned to me the one I returned to them very worst shopping experience. I never recommend. I trully regret I ordered here.
1st time ordering and paid extra for my item to be delivered within 3 hrs is a big BS... 1 item status is being shipped but never delivered on the same day... Followed up the next day by email and still the same BS replied you will get... Called costumer service and same reason that the problem was on the courrier... Its always to good to be true... BS service for solving the costumers problem... Will never order again...
I regret I ordered here at sivvi. I ordered a size 44 eu but that shoe is too small to fit. I would like to change cases with an extra charge. the shoes are too slim not comporatable to wear.
I Love this App for the reason that it has 4 installment plan and they have good quality products. I wish there would be installment plan with Tabby on Noon too , as this is also Noon partner site.

They used to deliver the following day but now it takes 2 days and it always arrives in the evening. Also, they use to have 20% discount and they reduced it to 10%
Are you guys seriously not aware of how annoying the exchange process is? There is back and forth of almost 10 emails and everytime there is a same question without any progress.
Requested a return pick up on 12th april and they never came and not even reply back for mails. Today is 26 april. Still no one has come to pick it. Bad service and I'm fed up.
Will never ever buy from SIVVI again! I ordered a bag and it comes in the most horrible way. There are defects in the stitching and scratches in the leather and this made me believe that your goods are not originals besides the shirt has arrived in a smaller size!!!!

Too much promotional notifications daily, I delete the app after each purchase and then reinstall it if I need to purchase anything again. Too annoying and considered scammy

Exactly as noon , prices, pictures, and all offers Exactly same , better to use noon the original app.
They don't help me to solve the delivery problems as my order didn't deliver to me because the delivery man called me only one time at midnight and when I told him to come morning they cancelled my order to order it again with expensive price

Very bad experience to be honest I ordered a Nike shoes and the size was wrong, so I requested a size exchange ON THE PHONE with two different employees not even as a request through the app and instead of them making things easy and exchanging the size they returned the money and they apologized, I have been waiting for a week and a half and they send me the apology email now, bad support and the people working behind their desks are not even doing their job..
I never had issues when ordering. The sales are great too with SIVVI. However, the app will do even great if the specifications of items are accurate.
I am trying to return few products from the order which was delivered to me on 25th Dec. Called customer care and requested to pick up return items 3 times already but still not action. I loved the products but I don't want to order again as this is such a hustle for the return process.
Fraud application, they took my money and didn't booked orders. Several times I called them, sent email but no action. More than 20 days passed but I didn't recived my money, bank is clearly saying, amount taken by them.

Ordered frames worth AED 300 and all of them were damaged. Called the customer service for return and they couldn't even communicate due to language barrier and just hung up on me when they couldn't solve the issue. A horrible experience. Please don't order from them.
