I like the app so far, I've had it for only one day, but have looked at all the workouts and most of the other features. The BMI calculator is having issues, it is mostly accurate when you first input your information, but if you try a second time it automatically says "extremely obese," you have to back out first then set it again. Other than that, I appreciate the app so far, despite the ads.

This is a really good app. I've seen good results from it. Just 2 problems that I've experienced: 1. It won't let me reset the workout. I've already completed the 30 days and now I can't do it again because it won't allow me to reset the app. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck. 2. It keeps saying 7 days remaining (the 7 rest days) so it doesn't actually let you know you've completed 30 days; is there any way to fix this on the app?

Easy to do. I recently had a total knee replacement. I have limitations in what I can do, but the exercises are easily modified. I can't do burpees yet but I can do inclined push ups on my stairs. The others are easy enough. Kneeling is hard but also easily modified. The mountain climbers is excellent. I love the metronome timer and the app tells me what each exercise does. Well done awesome developers. Thank you for getting this post surgical body up and moving.

great exercises ! I wish they had a different voice for the instructions, less like a computer and more like a human. also sometimes there is a glitch and it tells you that a different exercise is next so you are set up for one thing and then it's something completely different not allowing you to get the full 30 seconds for the specific workout.

I'm working thru the intermediate. I love that it's a hard challenging workout. What I don't like is some of the directional exercises don't always have the mate later in the workout. You need to review workout first to see if the other side is going to be worked. If not you need to remember to switch at 15 seconds. Also the commentary about the exercise is the same. A repeat every time. Gets old by day 10

The workout intensity is great & can be done as easy to hard levels. There are pre & post workout stretches in the workout section. The downside is there are a lot of ads that make noise during the rest seconds, after the workout, & any time you click on a new section. Even when the exercise is muted, you can hear the adds.

Excellent app. I love that the daily work outs aren't too hard since I am a beginner beginner and at times am put down by things that are too rigorous for me. I'm sure it will increase in intensity as I go but so far it is great. The best part is that the ibtervalsnare 25-30 seconds long so no matter how hard something is you try harder because it isn't too long.

I like the timing and the combination of exercises. My only challenge is likely a glitch in the system. Sometimes, the exercise you just finished might be shown as the next exercise. But after the countdown, something different shows up. So, you're noot prepared in such cases. Other than that, I think the app is perfect.

They have beginner, intermediate, and advanced workout plans and every day in all of them just takes you to a rest day screen with no other option than to go back. Everytime you click on something an ad pops up. There are no workouts, only ads and rest screens.

This app is amazing it has helped me gain my muscle tone back and I have lost 3 lb in the first 5 days and it's not 30 days straight it's every 3 days you rest and you lose weight while you're at it and there's three different levels beginner intermediate and advanced! I love the workouts! They get my heart going and they get me sweating!! Only thing I wish they'd do, is have an instructional video if you're not familiar with the workout. They have a small animated clip at the bottom, but it's hard to tell sometimes.

Now I know what high intensity is ... I exercise for a shorter period of time than before I started with this app but I sweat twice as more ... the only problem sometimes is that the app would say the next exercise is burpees but then it would show an elbow plank but I just hop into position and add 2 more seconds to that exercise.

There is no ads as long as your connection isn't on. I haven't completed the 30 days yet so I can't rate that. The workouts are quite hard, even beginner which I think is a good thing. To see what is going on in the app is easy. Well done with this app!!! 😁

The exercises are great, but the app has a lot of bugs. The calculator doesn't work: e.g. when I put my weight and height (58kg, 164cm) it tells me that I'm extremely obese (have BMI 58), when I put my weight and height into the app's calorie calculator, it tells me that I need to eat 15537 calories to maintain weight, it also tells me that my body fat procentage is -9%. There are also more similar bugs.

Finished final day of 30 day intermediate, only 8 days of rest days which were built in by the app and the app is saying that I'm not finished the 30 days and only 77 per cent complete as I still have 8 days remaining!! Very frustrating not have that 100 per cent completed final day finishing line feeling. 30 days and minor differences to stomach but only minor considering effort I had put in.

This app is great and I can see the difference- the only thing is that there seems to be a problem with tracking- I completed all the days but on the rest days it shows incomplete- that makes it to me not at a 100%... if this can be fixed, then I will give it a five star rating

The workouts are really good! The BMI indicator is rediculously inaccurate, though. I'm 5'6", and it seems to think that at 100 lbs (grossly underweight for me), I would still be "morbidly obese". My body starts to shut down functions at 135lbs. No doctor would ever recommend the weight loss this app recommends.

the workouts are alright BUT the amount of ads is just HORRIBLE! Like after each exercise I get an ad! And there are more ads than exercises in a day!!! Is this supposed to be normal? I think not. I'm very disappointed with whoever thought putting ads EVERYWHERE was a good idea!

Great experience. I have indeed been using it for 30 days , have seen a change in my stomach area. I think for me the downside is that it's only for 30 days and because I still want to continue with the exercises till just before Christmas, so I will have to uninstall and reinstall the App to get the 15 more days of exercise I still need.
